My order arrived damaged and the DPD delivery driver said he would send it back to yourselves. I informed your customer service department via email (with attached photographs of damaged package) and requested a refund. It’s been three weeks now and I’m yet to receive it.

I never received my parcel. I found out far too late it was damaged and I was asked if I would like a full refund or the item to be resent. I asked for a full refund. I am STILL waiting after being told it would be processed immediately... that was 3 days ago and still nothing. I have emailed and not had any response since which is why I am writing this review. Will definitely not use this company again.

Items ordered on the 6th December, chased up on the 18th December then didn't deliver until the 29th. Appreciate there were issues with the delivery company but the order was placed well before Xmas. Very little communication from them about my order just generic ones. Very poor customer service

Bought for my grandsons for Xmas, they loved the beer. However, despite entering their addresses several times and emailing the beer came to my address not theirs. However it was deliveredextremely quicjly

A disappointing experience. Delivery was fine and no complaints there. However, a broken plain cardboard box not made to fit all the contents so one can was rolling around does not fit the description of the promised "gift pack". More troubling is 25% of the contents were not as promised. There is a disclaimer on the website stating they may substitute but a quarter is not acceptable particularly if you are hoping for specific beers to try. Finally, despite their automated response stating a reply would be made within 24 hours, I'm still waiting a working week later for a response to my e-mail. Will try a competitor next time; there's too much competition around for them to give this level of service and expect repeat business. PS: in response to their response. It seems to be a tactic to claim no e-mail was response from what I see from other reviews. This is why I specifically put in my review that they had sent an automated response; proof it had been received. We are not so green as we are cabbage looking!

Bought a Kwak glass and stand. Unfortunately arrived with very smudged printing on the stand. I did not have time to return as needed to gift but felt disappointed in the quality.
