Delivery was useless! Only half my order arrived, went onto DPD tracking system website which told me nothing, no way of contacting them to find out about the rest of my order. Phoned bearhunters to be told by recorded message to go to delivery company tracking website!! Emailed beerhunter but as yet heard nothing back so have paid in full, I only have half my order and no refund. Won’t be using them again, which is a shame as the beer that did arrive was really good.

Fast delivery, especially at Christmas time

Ordered quite last minute for Christmas what with all the postal delays etc. then read some fb reviews and was a little worried about delivery. However BeerHunter went above and beyond and the parcel arrived well in time for the big day. Intact and my fiancée is so happy with his blue ribbon beer!

Ordered on 7th December. Item not yet arrived by 27th December. Poor communication

Easiest website to find what you want, really good choice of product and competitively priced, what more do you need.

The service was appalling which the carrier ( DPD ) provided ! Did not arrive at appointed time, and within four hours of it ? I have not seen the parcel, and would like itheir the parcel delivered , or with a refund to include post & packaging ! The carrier is truelly appalling ! Sorry.

If I could score less I would! It still haven’t arrived. The fact that you’re sending the survey makes it even worse!

The product I picked to buy on your site said 3 types of hobgoblin and a hobgoblin glass. What you sent Wes 2 hobgoblin beers and some random bottle I’ve never heard of and the glass was a beer hunter one.

It’s been terrible experience as I’ve waited 2 weeks on my delivery and it was a special present for my brother which I was told I would receive in time for Christmas regardless to the postal strikes so I have emailed a few times but nothing no answer so god knows when I will be getting my delivery

Ordered my sons birthday beer on the 3rd of December and it's still not arrived, the first and last time I order from this company

It was itself a really nice item condition was perfect but the name writing on the box was not central to the rest of the label the name was too far to the right then in the middle other than that great product

I bought some beer for my son for Christmas.The beer came very well packed & he enjoyed the beers over Christmas.I was pleased & so was he. I would order from you again
