Ordered as a gift. 3.5 weeks on and it still hasn’t been received (and no contact or explanation from Beer Hunter!). Trying to chase down a refund. I won’t be ordering from Beer Hunter again.

I am still awaiting delivery of a large part of an order that was placed over 4 weeks ago). Beerhunter says (via email) that they have sent my complete order and its courier (DPD) has delivered it. This is not the case and someone, somewhere along the like has clearly cocked up. I suspect it's Beerhunter! Communications with them regarding the matter is painful as it is impossible to speak to anyone directly. It is now Xmas/New Year so it's anyone's guess when they will resolve this....

Ordered beers on 13/12/22. Had no update since despite several emails chasing for tracking or an update and when I have rang, it just says to email. Items have not arrived and I now have no idea if/when they ever will. Terrible customer service

I ordered two packs of Belgian beers on the 8th of Dec I’m still waiting for one of them to be delivered. I wanted both of them for use over Christmas

Ordered on 12th December. Still haven't received. Beerhunter didn't dispatch to courier (DPD) until after the date of last shipping for Christmas delivery despite 10 day window. Was a gift that I was unable to give. Can't say much about quality of product as still hasn't arrived! Very unhappy.
