Can’t fault the beer, the prices or the website but unfortunately their delivery service let them down. Strikes and disruptions with delivery company were at fault but mixed messages from both sides didn’t help. Was told delivery would be made and wouldn’t be made in the same day on 3 different occasions. 4 weeks for delivery is pretty bad, especially when many other companies could still offer anything from next day to 3 day delivery slots. Maybe an alternative delivery company would have helped the situation. Anyway hopefully if I order again it will be fine and was just a one off! Still…..happy with my beers tho 👍🏻🍺

Have tried several times to use this company but so far have never had an order go smoothly. Most recently ordered on 6th December and half of the order still hasn't arrived. One box delivered with no explanation as to where the rest was. Chased by email - take a long time to respond. Told them I needed it for Christmas and given that it wasn't coming to cancel that part of the order. They asked me to log onto DPD to ask them to "return to sender" so they could issue a refund. Is that really my job??

My order was not completely delivered and my email to your customer service was not answered.

I didn’t get the stuff, I emailed them 4 times, I called them 1 and I never got answer back. I think I lost the money.

Brought for my dad for Christmas, and he was delighted. Great selection of beers and quick delivery. Great idea would definitely buy again!

Only received half the order

Have used before but disappointing experience this time. Dpd failed to deliver the entire order initially meaning I had to spend money unnecessarily for our party. When the remaining product was finally delivered it was short and I didn't receive any response to my follow up email.

Ordered on 13th December for a Christmas present and failed to deliver in this time frame. Not good enough when companies have to up their game to compete with Amazon etc. Don’t trust this company if you’re considering sending as a gift.

Good range, prompt service

Despite myself leaving it late to order for Christmas Beerhunter delivered extra quick and I had my delivery on the 23rd. Great customer service 👏🏻👍🏼🍺

Made quite a large order on the 12th of December for a Christmas gift. Their website delivery mentions that during this period delivery might take up to 10 days from ordering. Asked for an update about dispatch since their website added a banner about all orders before the 18th of December would be dispatched before Christmas. The customer service team took a few days to get back to me with a generic response of busyness with orders and would dispatch ASAP. On the 23rd of December I received another very generic email to tell me that the items I ordered were out of stock and they would issue a refund. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Update your website to mention low / no stock or at least have better customer service to notify me sooner of no availability, so I could have attempted to order from elsewhere. I had to email them 3 times asking for my refund to be sent through to PayPal which I only received today (7 days later) no follow up from customer service either apologising for delay

Was a Xmas present and arrived earlier than expected and in time

I tried this beer whilst on a day trip to Calais and fell in love with it. I was really pleased when it arrived before Christmas, I was expecting it in the new year.? Will recommend to anyone !!!

I ordered a personalized item for my daughter who was very dissapointed to see the spelling of her name had not been copied correctly. Please check the spellings on personalized items before they are despatched.
