My low rating is not a comment on the beer, but a consequence of a poor delivery service such that we never received the beer. I would like your website to be more honest about delivery times. Had I known that you would take more than 5 days to deliver (I also note now that you do not count weekends as working days) I would paid for priority delivery – your webpage makes it look initially as though next day delivery was included, and it is only on completing the order that it becomes clear that this attracts an additional charge. In consequence the delivery occurred too late for us. The alternative delivery options offered by the delivery company were not ones which we could use. The package will by now have been returned to your firm. I have yet to receive notification of reimbursement.

Hi. I hate to write a review like this but our experience with Beerhunter should serve as a warning to all who are considering using them. We placed an order for 'Round the World Premium Lager' on April 24th for a friends 21st birthday. Since then, we have called (no-one ever picks up), emailed on several occasions (no response at all), and even searched Companies House to see if they have gone out of business (it doesn't look like it currently). We have had no delivery and no contact and are at a loss of what we can do! They have also taken our money so we are now left with reporting them to our bank to get our money returned. If someone from Beerhunter would like to get in touch to explain, that would be greatly appreciated. As I said at the beginning, no-one likes to leave a review like this but this is our genuine experience, so please be warned.

Beerhunter use an excellent courier, DPD. The item bought was a gift for someone. I have used Beerhunter before and had good service. Would recommend them

Impossible to contact. I've left emails, answer phone messages and Facebook messages and still no reply. Ordered nearly a week ago and have had no confirmation of shipping. What's going on?!
