I bought the alcohol-free selection, and while I accepted that one of the selections was cans (not bottles), the Erdinger was also in cans (but appears as bottles in the description). I know it says different beers of equal or higher value may be substituted, but I don't consider canned beer of equal value to bottled beer. On the plus side, the delivery was efficient.

Never received order. After several emails in which you seemed to imply I need to sort it with DPD and in which I pointed out that you had the contract with DPD not me, you eventually refunded me.

THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME AS THIS WAS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE COMPANY BUT ANSWERING SERVICE. THEY PASS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO THEIR COURIERS. FACE LESS COMPANY. THEY HAVE REPLIED AND ASKED TO CALL THEM BUT THEIR CONTACT NUBEMR GOES ON TO AMSWERING SERVICE. SO STUPID. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT THESE COWBOYS???

I ordered a box for a present, and it was delivered the next day. Our son in law was so happy with the selection, he’ll definitely be using Beerhunter himself now! They provide an excellent service!

Excellent service - response to query with last order prompt & accurate.

Ordered a Father's Day gift, didn't receive an order confirmation email. Delivery was made to the wring address. Slow communication. Was expected to pay to return them and was told because I paid via amazon pay (an option on BH website) it was amazon pays fault and it was up to me (the customer) to resolve it with amazon. I gave up and have ended up with beers I don't want and had to order another Father's day gift. I do not recommend. Shoddy customer service!

I finally get my order after 8 days and it's the wrong order. You sent me 12 bottles of 330ml Flensburger and i ordered 12 cans of 500ml Flensburger for my dad as his father's Day gift!

I was hoping to order two cases of Budvar but there was only one in stock. It took six working days to be delivered and not the 3-5 optimistically advertised on their site. Delivery continues to be a problem, and finding Budvar in stock a rarity these days.

Beware of this company do not order from them at all costs I paid for next day delivery it never arrived tried to contact them on the phone its just an answer phone and they do not reply to emails I have had to unleash PAYPAL on to them you have been warned their reply has nothing to do with DPD they didn't even issue a collection notice to DPD as I rang up DPD and that is what they told me Beerhunter also said they had rang DPD that was not true

As always BEERHUNTER did what they said they would do.

Absolutely first class service!

I placed an order over a week ago, my money has been taken and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. The phone number just directs you to an online query then no one replies. Worried it is a scam.

One star is generous for the service. The purchase is first class. This was my 3rd purchase from Beerhunter. The previous 2 orders were not without complications. To be fair on this order they did make a partial refund for the delay. Needless to say, i doubt whether i will purchase from them in the future.
