My wife ordered 3 boxes of beers on 27 April. Apparently 1 box got shipped on 5th May, but she heard nothing further until she chased up on 9th when she was told that the box had been damaged by DPD - 0/10 for communications. Refund requested but still not received by her bank as of 26th May. 0/10 customer satisfaction. When the refund was chased up an illegible document (incredibly small print) was sent as "proof" of the refund. I will be raising a complaint about this company with her bank. Update, refund has been received but we will not be buying anything further from this company.
Delivery took ages, and it was hard to track it's progress.

I ordered the German beer variety box and didn’t get the beer listed I got different, when trying to contact beer hunter I couldn’t get hold of them

Ordering via app is easy. Product arrived well packed and on time.
The beer mats were missing and when I contacted them they sent a email to say it was resolved it wasn’t they hadn’t even got back to me regarding issue . So when I emailed again they just said they couldn’t send out so gave me a refund which was only £1 which yes they may only be worth that but it was the principle because it was a gift . I also felt there was a lack of apology and I didn’t feel the gift set was with the price .

The products are excellent, great range & presentation but delivery took nearly a week, could have shopped locally & sent via parcelforce..

Paid for next day delivery, nothing turned up for a week, no correspondence. Sent an email to which they responded one item was out of stock so full order hadn’t been sent. Took a further week to hear anything else, and then 16 days later I finally received my order. Products and packaging was great but customer service is very poor
