Ordered 2 grapefruit schofferhofer glasses but did not recieved what they are advitsing on there site, I have emailed them to resolved (will follow this up dependant on rely) but I don’t believe that they have actually got the glasses that they advitise as the ones I recieved as nothing like it, I would not have order the ones that I recieved if I know

Order #BH10069256 Ordered a set of 12 Chouffe Belgian Beer 3 of each flavour of 4 Supposed to be shipped within 3 to 5 days over a week later the order was still sitting on my account. Only after contacting them did the send out the beer. However that isn't the end of it instead of sending out the 4 different beers They sent out three instead. They changed the website page after the order was placed and sent out saying that they would supply an alternative if one of the beers weren't available. Their alternative was one of each of what was in the box already even though they had other chouffe in stock meaning they should have added an alternative bottles NOT the same Beerhunter. I have the original page from when the order was placed and you are now going into False Advertising. They have ignored the emails about this, even though the emails were acknowledged as being received by them. Also they state that the beer somes in a branded bear hunter box. Another part to false advertising the box is plain and unsuitable to give someone as a gift This was to be a gift, which it can not be given in the box it is in which is ridiculously large for 12 bottles of beer. A wonder they never broke as there were plenty of space in the box for them to have been thrown around. I also intend to report this to paypal as item not as described when it arrived. I'm sure seeing as Beerhunter intend to continue to ignore my messages they will enjoy having to pay out for the return of the order. They obviously do not want to rectify when they deliberately have changed in the order to grab themselves extra money from the order placed. Avoid the company to many people are leaving negative reviews for them to be creditable.

Great beer great price fast delivery

Placed an order over a week ago and still no sign of it. Tried phoning but their phones are closed - a generic message saying they're open 10.00-14.00 Mon-Fri, but they are not. They just direct you to DPD for a delivery update which you can't get because no tracking order has been supplied. Tried emailing but no response. What an utter joke of a company. I really should have read these reviews before ordering because clearly I am not alone in experiencing their incredibly bad customer service. Happy to take your money but clearly not interested in making sure you get the £100 worth of beer you've bought. Not sure how companies this bad survive...

Bulk load of beer delivered with some stock damaged and some arriving later, damaged beer replaced or refunded, late stock disappeared with courier so more dispatched without quibble, excellent service throughout!

Beer was great, price 24 pounds for 12 was expensive to supermarkets, they were 18 pounds. But your service was good.

The long delivery time was frustrating and the products supplied are not what we ordered for a gift. The birthday has now passed and I can’t to hassled with trying to sort a return but needless to say we won’t be placing another order with this company. I just wish I had read the reviews before the order was placed. Really disappointed.
