I made my order on the advice of 5 days delivery I except that there was bank holidays when ordered but I still waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and only after I emailed yourselves

Beer is sometimes short-dated (less than a month); adverts are incessant; customer service emails elicit no response; beer advertised as 'authentically Japanese' comes from the EU; delivery times are always at the longest end of the advertised window.

After waiting 5 working days I emailed CS asking where it is and why it is still showing as "processing". They responded quickly stating it would be sent out that day or the day after by next day delivery which meant that it would be received no later than Friday. It is now Tuesday, still showing as processing and received no response to my query. Extremely disappointed as I heard good things. #BH10064790

Arrived late, put in porch although we were just inside the door. Beer bottle was broken in the package which must have been obvious from the wet box (presumably the reason why they didnt knock the door). Disinterest from DPD when this was reported to them, informed Beerhunter of this but didn't get more than an "oh dear" from them either. Cost of bottle was discounted but not totally satisfied as the monetary value was small and I was one beer short and had a lot of work to do washing broken glass off all the bottles. Won't be ordering from them again!

Good selection of beers and good service getting beers delivered

I only placed the order as I had an email offering free next day delivery and we were going away for the weekend. It took 5 days to arrive and when I queried this was told there wasn't free delivery but I had the email which I forwarded to customer services. So not only did I have to pay for delivery I didn't get it on time.

I don't use them now .As it's a family run business. If you complain you get a response from the ranting member. So found a cheaper frendly supplier

Great Customer Service in helping me to resolve a delivery issue, even though the problem was caused by the courier, rather than by Beerhunter. They were very helpful and quickly intervened to sort out the problem.

Fantastic range of beers. Very solidly packed. Responsive and helpful when you ring the customer service line. One issue : we pay a fair bit for the beer and postage, but it is not normally possible to get a reasonable idea when it will arrive. In this respect, could do better!

Had a problem with a broken item. Company sent a replacement in a polite and timely manner. Looking forward to placing another order.

My order BH10063702 was not delivered and emailed customer service on the 7th April. But still no REPLY.
