Very questionable value at best and predatory billing practices.

*Keep an eye on your accounts! This company does not make clear their charging fees and how they are incurred. If it wasn’t for the FIVE back to back charges listed on PayPal, I never would’ve known! Customer service didn’t help with recovering funds. They did cancel my “membership.” While calling the company I was asked for my membership ID and was told I could find it on the website or my welcome email. Just going to the site to obtain the information was another charge! And welcome email was never received. BEWARE…

The only think you could find was it was a scam phone no other information

No information on this person that called me and was texting me so I believe they pretended to be a real person and we’re using an app and only their lips were moving so I was unhappy that I couldn’t find out who that person was. Well, I learned my lesson. I will never accept to be friends with someone that I don’t know although it’s through WhatsApp I never do it again. Learn my lesson very

Lol. My feedback has always been clear. I want my money back because I feel like the user experience mislead me to join and it lead me to believe I'd find specific information that was not available. Effectively it was, "you want information on VIN #xyz?, we can provide that for a dollar." So I signed up then the app said, "sorry jk. We don't have that, thanks for the dollar."

Beware!!!!! Scam!!!!! Free trial! Ha! They don’t respond in the first 7 days! No results anyway!! Then charged me almost $30!!!!

I entered the information of the person I was looking for they sent back a statement the report was ready and of course it in no WAY was the person I was looking for which happened to be my mother. They send a bunch of dissimilar names that had NO bearing to the name I submitted. Luckily I only paid for one week for I only lost $1 unless they try to screw me over by charging more than the buck I READ fine print

I am going to sell my car and was trying to get a report. I put in all the info and tried TWICE to make a payment. I tried Apple Pay first. I have plenty of money in that account. I got an error message. Ok, do then I tried inputting credit card info. There was an error with that as well. What?? Don’t bother wasting your time (which I have used a lot of time up needlessly) or money. Very disappointed!

This is the first time that I have used a service like what you provide. I found an old friend thanks to your help. I can"t tell you how great it has been to reconnect with my long...so called lost friend. It has been like no time has passed since the last time we had talked. What a great feeling and all I can do is say thank you very much for your help.
