I ran the report and paid but I could not find the report so I contacted support and they are clearly not in the US and after 45 minutes they could not help me they kept asking me all this question that I answered over and over. I asked for a full refund because I could not get the report and support was ZERO help

Absolutely disappointed!! Such a complete waste of money. I was hoping to help my daughter be more safe as she dates. But the info you get is so generic. It’s nothing you can’t Google about a person. This is a scam!!!

I keep canceling your service but it keeps reappearing

I recently signed up for their service for the first time in my life. I tested it for a few minutes by doing a few searches. Then I didn't try to log on for the next two-and-a-half weeks. When I finally did decide to log on, I could not. So I emailed customer service. The response was that I need to email back to verify my account, so I did just that. But then the next day, I got another email telling me to verify again, so I verified again. Then the next day I got an email saying that my account was suspended "due to suspicious activity, activity that fell outside our Terms of Service, or an alert from your financial institution." I called my bank, and was told there was nothing wrong with my bank account, so I emailed Been Verified asking what I did that was suspicious, and I got a response saying that my account was suspended "due to activity related to this account." I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND IT SEEMS THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I PLACED IT, ON A SATURDAY, NO LESS. I called Been Verified, and was told to send an email. So I did. I got no response, so I called again, and was told to email another address. So, I emailed, but got a response that said the same things as in all of their previous emails. I emailed back asking what I did wrong, but got no response. I called more times, and was told to email. They stopped responding to further emails from me. This has been an ongoing experience for two months now. I have been contacting them for multiple months. It began on April 6, 2024, when they cancelled my order, but I am still trying to get answers from them. My experience is still ongoing. I don't know what this is all about. I don't know why they're not being specific as why they suspended my account. I did all the required steps while signing up, and then submitted my payment. There's nothing wrong with my card. And then after paying, I barely used my subscription, before they suspended my account. Why?

I cancelled my subscription in 2023 and suddenly they start charging me again in February 2024. They refunded me back 4 of the 2 months charged but refused to refund the first 2 months so now I have to initiate a chargeback. Be warned. Very poor.

In 2021 I opened an account with this company and immediately closed it, I received the message that my account was canceled, now in 2024 they charged me three times on my account, I had to call the bank and complain, I do not recommend this company to nobody.

A search based on my name found no information about me, though BeenVerified did find some individual named the same as I, whom it demanded I acknowledge as myself. This was, of course, after extorting me for the $29.87 monthly fee.

Could not update my payment information

Sad to say it offers lots of inaccurate and incomplete info, and was not at all useful. I canceled after one day of searching myself and old friends.

unbelievably inaccurate coud not be so sloppy and s;ipshod plus they have criminal felony charges that are not me i tried to reach them for hours but they refuse to respond and only play games worst company i have ever dealt with in 68 years,

They claimed they had "LOTS of data" They had none which I found out after paying the montly fee. Stay away.

I have not received what I bought. Tuesday I call my credit card company and put the sale on fraud.

Long time customer of Beenverified. My number of reports ran out so I called to get the number of searches I could determine how many I need to increase my searches. Called customer service and the person answering the phone could not tell me how man I had for each month. He suggested I call back and ask for someone with more experience. I emailed support no response, contacted via facebook for a week, emailed again responded with only a vague answer for all 4 months being over 1000 searches. My account will recycle on the 24th, however I reached on the 14th, It has now the 22nd and still no response. I asked them to call me and gave my number. This is very disappointing as the service is very good, however their service level when asked has been lacking

You advertise that you can give me the name of an owner of a motorcycle with just the license plate number and that’s a lie. You can’t so that’s false advertising.
