DO NOT give your credit card # to beenverified.com !! They continue to charge you after cancelling, and getting a cancellation confirmation!! DO NOT give your phone number to beenverified.com !! Once you cancel , your phone will ring 10-15 times a day with robo calls and scammers !! They only offer "available to public" info anyway,, not a honest or useful company. ...... good luck looking.....

In truth, I don't even know what the company Beenverified Inc. does, nor have I ever activated any account on its website. For some time I thought, wrongly, that it was a software used by my student son, so I didn't consider delving into the nature of the creditor; only in recent days I verified that the charges did not refer to my son's software, which is why I discovered your existence but, I repeat, I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED NOR INTENDED TO PURCHASE ANY GOODS OR SERVICES FROM YOU, SINCE I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE OR I KNOW YOUR BUSINESS. Believing myself to be a probable victim of deception by third parties unrelated to me, who may have activated hypothetical subscriptions without my knowledge using my name, I blocked the credit card, which therefore became unusable, causing me quite a few inconveniences. Considering all the charges I received, 2 per month from October 2022 to February 2024, I ended up paying a total of USD 914.26. I therefore ask for a full refund of anything wrongly charged to me, reserving the right to indicate the IBAN of my current account so that you can make me a bank transfer as soon as your checks are completed. Scam .Poor performerce. Basic random info . Nothing extra that you can find your self . Paying a lot of money for nothing. Website try to make you believe that fetch criminal records for exp from criminal court data base in 80 sec . RUBBISH!!!! Ps normally DBS take 4 weeks 😂😂

This was not the first time there was an error and I was again charged. Aggravated that this could even happen again the customer service agent was thorough and quick with resolving this issue. I was immediately refunded the money that I had been charged!

While I do like the ease of it, it often seems (more often than not) the information provided is very outdated and often not current.

Been verified changed my access to the app to require a fuzzy and confusing captcha window. I have had this app for several years and thought it was a good value. Not anymore. I guess they need to make room for new customers by frustrating the current batch. Nice job. Been verified now sucks, and it seems the customer service is following suit too. Logged in to a chat and did what they asked, returned back to chat and was logged out of the chat.
