I can always find the info I need whether it be deaths or contacts.

Most of the time accurate info with the various search options; but is the info pulled from -- for instance, work history -- a site like LinkedIn in which that person could fabricate or embellish, but would then appear on your site after a search? Again, mostly satisfied. Not happy about the monthly limit though -- considering moving to Checkr which I used for background checks on drivers to ensure rider safety before approving them to access the platform. No reason to limit amount of searches -- I'm a paying customer. Hoping something can be done here.

I've had beenverified for a couple years and every time I've looked something or someone it's always been right on point.

It's pretty good. Has been times where I find my information from a different site when BeenVerifided hasn't had it. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of your investigative work and how you leave further research into the data initially acquired by the request for information, because you show what your initial inquisition has found and suggest further investigation where you see the potential for further acquisition of important information about whatever the subject may be. By not being so greedy as to sell features that are not necessarily required for every investigation you are keeping your customers from spending unwarranted funds during these hard times. You can see this proven by looking at your customer base of old and dear customers who only use the service as needed. This only amounts to a few times per year but they maintain their accounts because they are readily available when they are needed. Also, speaking as someone who has been associated with this type of work for many many years now I can tell you from experience that when I am looking for my needle in the haystack, that I know that I can count on y’all for your thoroughness and totality of your end of the research. This means that I don’t have to waste time trying to find someone reputable in your line of business that has the expertise which I only really need a few times per year anyway. I keep the one that works well time at again!! I guess I am from the old school and that means when you have found something that works well, keep it and take care of it because it will be there when you call upon it in the future!!

I enjoy working on my Family Tree. Been Verified is often helpful when I am searcing to locate a name I have little info on. When I locate the correct person, I often find family members' names that are connected to my family tree and then I am able to add them and continue to grow my family tree.
