I ordered goods which were all in stock with a 3-5 day delivery. I then received an email, after arranging a plumber, to state part of it would be out if stock of for 6 weeks. I cancelled, but kept the rest of the order. I then had to arrange someone to be home to take delivery. This didn't arrive because the driver ran out of time! Every part of my experience with this company was not good enough. When I asked to speak to somebody I was just passed to another dpt without anyone actually speaking to me.

This could of easily of been a 5star but unfortunately there is an issue with the product which my customer has noticed after install. I do realise this is not a supplier issue and it’s down to manufacturer’s quality control but equally needs addressing quickly.

I ordered a shower tray and paid for it. Delivery was to be 3 days. However it transpired that the shower tray was not in stock. Not my fault. I requested a refund, and after 2 emails I was told it takes 14 days.. It is just sharp practice, if they can reply to emails then they can issue refunds. I question if anything is in stock. Beware if you place larger orders, you could find yourself in a tricky situation. First and last visit to these “terms and condition” warriors.

Ordered 8 separate items, BP took my money, then emailed me 2 days later saying every single item was out of stock! 3 days later, still waiting for my money back. Don't waste your time with these cowboys, they clearly have no idea what they're doing.

Easy to order on line , phone response regarding stock was quickly answered and informative, delivery arrived on schedule. My only disappointment was, I wanted to add other items to my order to avoid further postal charges, but was told that wasn’t possible, which was not only detrimental for me but for them too as I ordered elsewhere in protest .

I was told it would arrive on Wednesday . We stayed in all day Wednesday and again on Thursday we got a phone call on Thursday evening and it was delivered on Friday morning. It was delivered from ideal which is in Milton Keynes. All we needed was a phone call not the promise of a delivery day

I am still waiting for this order, not in stock as website claims.

I'm happy with the RAK basin. The ordering was easy, a telephone call was dealt with beautifully and it arrived quickly and efficiently. I would buy the same again.

I placed my order, payment was taken I then receive an email the next day to say that the item was not in stock and my refund would take 2 weeks to come trough I’m still waiting for my refund. But the item is still showing as it’s in stock on website I’m really disappointed. After receiving your reply I just want to reply back to the statement that you said about the item not being in stock when I purchased it I can assure you the item was showing as in stock and was still showing on your website 14 days later as being in stock so please do not call me a liar if the item was showing as not in stock why would I have placed the order that makes no sense at all I have recieved my refund in full now thank you but I think next time I will stick to using bathroom mountain

High quality glass screen and shower curtain rail. Easy to fit. Although I didn’t need it the instruction leaflet font was too small for me to read even with glasses! Would definitely buy again. The company would not deliver to the Isle of Wight which was disappointing especially since 95% of companies do (often without delivery charges) for an item of this cost.

Took order for four items. Only delivered three. Only information was one item marked as 'to follow' on delivery note. Emailed for information on delayed part. Quick response and advised revised delivery date for missing part. This part arrived as rescheduled. Would have liked to have seen a proactive email notification from bathroom planet rather then a scribble on a delivery note. However resolved satisfactorily.

Very good service. The driver had to reschedule as we were unavoidably not at home. This went very smoothly. Would definitely use this Company again.

Goods arrived on time but the toilet pan was cracked beyond use. Emailed customer services with photos and requested urgent replacement……no communication so far after 48 hours!
