They don’t even know they are out of stock for the items I purchased only after I placed the order and got the email stating the lead time is 4-6 weeks. Pretty bad.
Ordered shower tray with riser kit, site stated goods was in stock paid with paypal all good. Email sent to me stating goods are out of stock & will not be back in stock for about 6 weeks so asked for full refund, goods purchased on 6/12/2021 they told me that it will take up to 14 days for full refund, today is the 13/12/2021 still have not received refund. Don't not order anything until you ring up first or you will be like me still waiting for my money back pis poor service will never go to this site again & i am a builder.

Terrible return system
Update: Phone is no longer answered. Just goes to voicemail. This is during their opening times. Possibly closed down. Advise not to place any orders. Ordered an item in October for delivery in 3-7 working days. It's now 9th December and having been delayed and delayed my e-mails are now being ignored. However, the items is still available to purchase on the website and still quotes a delivery time of 3-7 working days. Companies like this just don't care that their customer might need the items by a specific date. They take the orders and money regardless of having the items in stock. It's an appalling practice. I will never order from this company again.

Purchased Roca Laura soft close toilet seat.great quality and delivery on time. Unfortunately needed to call bathroom planet for advice on removal of seat to make an adjustment. I was told that it cannot be removed once fitted. Contacted Roca who told me how to remove seat which was extremely simple, adjustment made, am now happy. Fobbed off by Bathroom Planet.

Very helpful advice given over the phone. We chose a complete bathroom suite from Bathroom Planet as they were able to get all items quickly and without any hassle at most competitive prices. They also price matched some items without quibble so we saved even more money. We delayed delivery for 6 weeks so the bathroom items will be delivered when we need them. Full marks!
