My experience with Bathroom Planet has been a good one. Recieved my glass shower panel quite quickly and well packaged. Everything was as described on the website and would buy again.

I ordered a basin tap thought it was arriving a few days later… it’s out of stock! I might have bought an alternative if I’d known but I needed brushed brass colour .. and £10 for delivery 🚚 …So several weeks to wait . If it arrives and it’s perfect I will review my stars.however so far I’m not impressed

Very helpful sales and after sales team, If you ring, they answer almost immediately which is rare these days. There was a problem with the manufacture of one of my items and I was keep fully informed and I received a refund for the one ordered item that could not be delivered without any fuss and promtly.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet which was showing in stock. I was charged for the item received an email item had been dispatched and will arrive in 3 days. Took a day off work waited in all day 8am-6pm order didn’t arrive. Called up the next day kept on saying they will get back to me and the item was definitely with the delivery driver and should have been delivered. However after my third call I made to them since they wasn’t giving me any answers I was told the item had not been in stock in the first place and there had been a error in the system and the product would take 4-6 weeks. Very dodgy company….DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

We were given less than 24 hours notice of the delivery day and threatened with a double delivery charge if we weren't in. As it happened we could not be in on that day and managed to rearrange delivery for the next day. The delivery did not arrive and still hasn't three days later. Maybe they should give me a refund on the delivery charge.

As I’ve not received what I ordered it’s hard to give you anything but a bad review. It would be nice to be told when I might receive it. I appreciate that you did tell me it was out of stock but that was now a couple of weeks ago.
