I ordered something which had a 4 week delay on supply but these guys kept me informed every step of the way. I then had major problems with the delivery company but the guys at Bathroom Planet chased them up and kept me informed what was happening. They answered my emails quickly, there were quite a few as the delivery co. said they would deliver but didn’t. I finally got my order just in time for my Plummer’s day of starting… I would recommend Bathroom Planet as they were helpful with my situation and it wasn’t their fault my delivery was delayed. Thanks guys

Absolutely brilliant! I have to admit I was sceptical as I wasn't sure what to expect as the reviews stated they were either very good or very bad and not a lot in between. I thought best to email them first to see if the items I wanted were in stock and they got back to me within 24 hrs to say yes they were. I then placed the order at 5.30pm on the Tuesday and got all items delivered but 9am Thursday morning....amazing process from start to finish! Well done keep it up. I have a few more items I need to order and hope the process will be as smooth as this one. Very impressive 👏 and thank you very much

Ordered one toilet, that was on the website as available, to be informed 2 days later that it wasnt in stock. Waiting for £400 to be refunded. Ordered a second toilet, a more expensive model, for the exact same thing to happen again. Nearly £1000.00 tied up in refunds. Not happy at all.

When I was placed the order they said stock available. But few days later received the email saying that, they don’t have stock and asked me to wait another 2 weeks. Really disappointed with their service

Didn't have half the order (There website said they did - so don't believe it!!) and vague as to delivery but actually the half they did have turned up fairly quickly and was the parts expected..

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The item I ordered was out of stock but we managed to find a great replacement within days.

Ordered a vanity unit on the 4th November with a note to say if not in stock or any problem with the order to let me know a.s.a.p as needed quickly. delivery says estimated 2/3 days. had a confirmatiom on the 4th to say the order had gone through then nothing.I rang them to ask what was going on as they had not responded to my 2nd email. They would look into it and ring me back. That did not happen, then today I heard by phone that they did not have the item in stock due to a hiccup with their stock system!!!!! Had to cancel the order lets hope my refund comes through quicker than their responses. Very disappointing, especially as we were waiting for this item for the plumber to put it in. Now having to buy elseware from someone who can deliver by Thursday18th.

Ordered lots of items and was told would arrive on Monday . Took time off and then only one item arrived . Called / emailed about this and after much chasing I am told delivery will be made tomorrow but can’t tell me a time until 10.00 am in the morning and I am at work Overall very poor and disappointing. Understand that mistakes happen but no urgency around resolving or thought for the customer

The delivery company didn't give me time to answer the door, when I opened the door he had already dropped it round the back
