Sales support was excellent, the person I spoke to was very helpful in making an alternative choice, (my first choice was out of stock). Website easy to navigate. Bathroom items were both great - very pleased with the choice. What let's you down is the choice of delivery company. For these reasons: No tracking Delivery time of 8am - 6pm with the expectation that 2 people would be available to receive the items Kerbside delivery only The fact that you are providing bathroom items most of which are bulky and heavy, I think it unreasonable that you don't use a delivery company who can deliver into the actual address to a room of choice. When people are working, how can 2 people be available for a 10 hour delivery slot ? What about those who live on their own? None of this is made known at time of order. This information is only revealed once the order has been placed. Because of this, only 4 stars - even though I am very pleased with the item I ordered.

I really like this company, very straightforward and I think they genuinely care about the customer. I ordered a large mirror cabinet from their website and received an email shortly after telling me the item was not in stock and there was a 4-6 week wait from their supplier. I was given a simple choice, a quick refund or wait until the order came in. After a look around it was clear that this particular mirror cabinet was on back-order everywhere so I chose to wait. 4 weeks later I received an email that the cabinet was in stock and would delivery on Wednesday that week be okay. I replied it was but didn't receive any tracking info, which I thought was a little odd. On Wednesday I got a call from the 'Bathroom Planet delivery driver' who was half an hour away, confirming our location. Sure enough he turned up 30 minutes later with the cabinet. Being curious I asked the driver if he was actually from Bathroom Planet and it turns out that it was actually one of the owners making the delivery run. They had been having so much difficulty with pallet deliveries, given the current situation, they had purchased a van and started doing their own multi-day delivery runs from their base in Aberdeen, throughout England and Scotland. From talking to the owner they have been having lots of challenges getting merchandise from their suppliers through to reliably delivering items. The fact they are innovating and doing things like their own deliveries suggest to me that they really want to provide the best service possible in the difficult conditions. Btw the mirror cabinet was perfect and really complements our bathroom.

Order for a replacement toilet seat was delivered as planned and arrived exactly on time. Despite some minor damage to the outer packaging, the contents arrived in perfect condition and, with the instructions enclosed, it was simple to fix.
Amazing speed on delivery but shame have to pay for returns especially being an online site.
I had a problem with a cracked toilet seat as the seat was only 3 weeks old this was promptly dealt with and a new seat dispatched . David

I have received damaged basin unit but the communication and replacing afterwards was without any problem. Things can happen but important is how people are treated when something is not right. I was worried that I will be waiting days to replace it but was very quick. I can recommend this company.
I placed my order with Bathroom Planet as it appeared that they had all the items that I needed for my new bathroom. I could have shopped around for individual items and maybe saved some money but didn't want to risk getting incompatible mismatched things such as a bath panel from one company and a bath from another. Having placed an order for a bath, bath panel, shower screen, inset basin, toilet and vanity furniture I was informed that the vanity furniture that matched the toilet and inset basin was not available. I was further informed that in their T&C's a refund would not be immediate. At that point, I didn't worry too much as I could get the vanity furniture elsewhere. Within their stated 7day delivery period, a delivery was made of the outstanding items except for the bath. After chasing and waiting for a reply and then getting a second delivery after another week a set of bath support legs was delivered but still no bath. I chased again and after a few days was informed that they did not have a bath and it would be at least 6 weeks before one was expected to be 'in the country'. I then started to worry that I had been sold a panel and screen that were only suitable for the style of bath that I had ordered and that I would have to wait for an indeterminate length of time. I made enquiries locally and found that I could get the bath but at a higher price so I cancelled the order for a bath with Bathroom Planet but had to chase them for a refund. I felt that Bathroom Planet had been disingenuous with me and their practice of selling me incomplete items to be 'sharp' and dishonest. That is why I have rated their performance with only 1 star.
Ordered a toilet seat on October 10th. I was then told that it was out of stock, so requested a refund which they said they would process. Its now 23rd October and I am still waiting! NO REFUND!!

Very helpful phone service as I was searching for a particular product & the sales assistant informed me of major delays & assisted with a suggested similar product. I placed an order on-line & the website was easy enough to use. I received an email with notification that one product was being delayed, however there was no notification as to when may be delivered.I'm guessing they were still waiting to find out themselves but was a little uncertain whether I should arrange an alternative. All worked out in the end.
