Quick turnaround from ordering to delivery - so pleased wkith the firm providing the product. Delivery firm not very good, however , as they assumed we were not at home because "There were no cars down the drive" and so gave the product to our neighbour who was in their garden at the time when we were at home and heard the card coming through the door saying it was at no7! Not impressed.

The products I bought are beautiful, delivery was super quick only 2 days after the order! Great value for money too. My only disappointment was the state of the boxes during delivery, they were soaked to the point of disintegration. There’s a tiny chip in one item which is against a wall so won’t affect us but I suspect it’s due to the delivery. Would still use again but hope this issue is resolved.

Had the product I needed at a great price and easy delivery too.

Excellent delivery service, however the toilet seat I ordered doesn’t quite fit and according to the terms which I admit I fully understood, is non returnable. The measurements I took were accurate and the seat I chose for my Roca toilet is advertised as D shaped but it has more of a square end. I am left with an expensive seat that is of no use.

Great service, kept us up to date with any changes to delivery. Had one item damaged on receipt but exchanged with another without any fuss. Enjoying my spa bath after months of building work and access to a shower only during that time. Make sure you read the information fully as you may think delivery of the bath is about a week but having the spa jet system fitted makes the delivery time several weeks. We booked our delivery date and had a phone call to say it was unfortunately delayed - by just one day: not bad given staff shortages with Covid, etc.

Really helpful on the phone with a last minute order. They were able to advise which items were in stock for immediate delivery so I could place the order through the website. Items arrived quickly and exactly when stated

Delivered on time as promised

Great service, I ordered two basins that were delivered by their own driver on the said date. Driver was really friendly and called me before he came for the drop. All in one piece and price was almost half than what I was going to pay at high street vendor. Thank you
