Being reminded to review a product that has yet to arrive, that the delivery time was not made clear at the point of purchase, that I had to email after a week to enquire when I would receive the product, all of this does not make for a good experience.

My delivery came earlier than expected. Which meant I could carry out the installation sooner for the client.
Toilet arrived earlier than expected as we had been told it was out of stock for 4 weeks. Delivery was on time with a phone call an hour before arrival. Altogether very pleased. Thank you.

When ordering the small item I ordered should have come via a carrier such as TNT. Once placed I was then told by email the next day that the carrier had been changed and I would need me to be home to receive the goods which would arrive between 8am and 6pm. Goods arrived at 7:15am and the driver didnt even need a signature and had eft the item behind the bin before I got to the door, so taking a day off to get this was a waste of time. You need to keep to the promises you make when taking orders and not lie in your follow up emails.

Unlike other companies who have relaxed their return period over Covid, this company has not! Even without Covid 14 day return period for items like a cistern and it's flush plate, that have to be installed by builder is really tight. I tried to be organised and order things in advance in particular as the Christmas holidays were approaching, not something you can do if the company holds a very strict 14-day return policy even when I actually wanted to exchange the items and they were in their original packaging which I mentioned to them, but they were not interested at all. Shame, I won't be ordering from this company again.
