Taps recommended on the website to go with corner cabinet didn’t fit. Basin didn’t fit onto vanity unit- completely wrong shape. They exchanged both these without problem, but the replacement basin they sent out still doesn’t fit level onto the unit. Just had to try and make it work as now been waiting so long and need the bathroom finished.
Was told item was in stock to later find out the item was out of stock. 2 weeks later after many phone calls still not received my money back.
Tried to get a refund and no one to talk to. Accounts said it had been sent at 4.15pm when in fact it had been sent at 4.13 pm on the same day. And I’ve been charged twice for returns when the first time they said they would collect they said they didn’t turn up as there was no room on van . Impossible trying to speak to this company and they are not too quick on email . Very disappointed 😔
Very poor customer service, would not use again. Inspected our bath on delivery and all appeared fine. When we took off the protective film to fit the bath the following week it became obvious that the film had been holding together a cracked corner. Refusing to offer any returns as we are now outside the 24 hour period. Very short period compared to other leading bathroom suppliers.

Delivery service was very very slow for an Internet based company. Price was great. But 10 days delivery for a working business isn't on especially with such a massive network of couriers to choose from.

Very pleased with the shower. Was despatched quickly but was not kept up to date on the delivery. Luckily I was home when it arrived.

Very nice and very quick
They hide in their T&C’s a huge list of items that are non-refundable. Wasn’t clear for me on product page that the item was non-refundable. It’s still in the packaging not opened but they won’t return it so now I’m £100 at a loss.
