I really liked the idea of a "trunk" in HK because it introduced me to your site and everyone is very knowledgeable. I was introduced to a new name and tried new things and I am very happy with everything I bought. the after-service and online consultation with Googa and Victoria were also v good. The presentation at the Event was unparalleled but when I ordered online, the packaging does not come up to other sites. I am in the process of doing a partial return and the DHL return label was not included in the shipment. I think avenue32 has a very good selection and has everything good going for it except the packaging (I know it probably has to be Eco....)

Transaction was quickly processed and shipped without a hitch. My handbag is exactly as described and appropriately packaged. I would definitely order from Avenue 32 again.

I am used to buying almost everything online and I have had shopping experiences across most luxury e-tailers. Avenue 32 is very fast with the dispatch and delivery, and your order comes nicely and carefully packed. You won´t find all the well known brands there, but they do have an interesting collection of emerging designers. The return and exchange process is not as easy and convenient as other sites where it is all automatized and immediate. You will have to contact customer service and it might take a day or two for them to respond. The shipping costs are also more expensive compared with other webs, but their sales start with a good discount. Overall, a good place to search for a fashion treat from time to time.

I ordered the Perfect Moment skinny ski pants. I normally wear size S bottoms but your website recommended M, to size up. I checked Net-a-porter's suggestion and it was to keep my normal size. In glad I did as the pants fit perfect and I didn't have to bother with return. My card was also hacked right after I placed the order. Secure payment must be guaranteed otherwise I can shop on the website anymore.

Avenue 32 has a great product range. Fast delivery and fantastic service. Recently purchased a cute Frame jumpsuit, had to exchange for different size and the customer service team were exceptional. I'll definitely shop with Avenue 32 again.

1. Email sent on Avenue32 on sat, and no replies up till now (tue). 2. Only 14days return policies, most online shop I purchase allow at least 30days return policy. 3. Noticed the US site are on sale first before my country (Asia-Macau) won't allow us to purchase from US site...? Don't seem very fair. Shouldn't sale be offered to all countries at the same time? Why is there difference?

A complicated and time consuming return process

I had made the order two weeks ago, but I didn't recieve my package yet. It was shipped somewhere else and I'm still waiting
