The price in US dollars is higher than the price in pounds if using currency converter and they still charge duties if ships to USA. I used to shop in Avenue 32 and it didn't charge addition duties. I don't know why they change. And the other online fashion retailer such as Matchesfashion.com which is also based in UK can always provide a lower price that the listed price is already include duties.

I was fairly surprised at how quickly my order arrived and how beautifully each piece was wrapped. Best of all, no hassle delivery meaning requiring signature and missing DHL...etc.. Avenue32 takes the ease out of international shopping. Would definitely order again!

Ordering was easy...I had to speak to a customer service representative who was knowledgable and polite and she answered my query promptly. the dress was sent promptly....in fact it arrived the next day but unfortunately it didn't suit so I had to send it back. Returning was easy and I was notified when my refund had been made.

Great online shop with great promotions and fast deliery

Brought a pair of shoes on-line & unfortunately they were too small. I emailed customer service & they were very quick to respond back. They gave me all the necessary details to return the shoes. I also requested that they put the same pair of shoes but in a bigger size on hold till they received my returned ones. I received my new shoes yesterday & very happy with them & especially the excellent customer service

I was informed when I placed my order that there would be a slight delay in shipping as they were moving their warehouse . That is understandable. A week later I sent a querie about my order which was immediately answered and I received my order shortly after . It's very important to keep customers updated, and as this was my first time ordering from Avenue 32 I was a bit nervous. I would definitely continue to shop with them.

Despite spending a lot of money with Avenue 32, the customer service is terrible. After a series of events, I am still chasing up transactions and emails that should have been promptly dealt with. A sincere lack of customer priority .
