One of my favourite online shops! They stock beautiful items which, are usually out of my price range, but the sales offer very good deals. I received my items via DPD in something like 3 days after ordering and the packaging is luxe. My only suggestion for store is to stock shoes in size EU35.

returns need to be easy. instructions, etc. should be available online. one should only have to request a return number.

Expensive shipping costs to Russia - all other online stores like matchesfashion.com or netaporter charge little if anything at all. It is already luxurious shopping, so you should make it more attractive to buyers by decreasing shipping costs. Shipping costs are too high.

I was looking for a dress that sold out quick on other sites when it went on sale. Avenue 32 still had the product in stock. When it went on sale, I relieved an email and was able to get the dress. I live in the U.S. and I was able to get the dress within four days.

I ordered a few items which were well reduced in the sale. The arrived the next day. Sadly they did not fit or suit me
