Incorrect item delivered which was a pain as had to arrange collection and the correct one could not be sent until the wrong one was received back (makes sense I suppose, but this was part of an order which matched, and was ordered for an occasion so my whole outfit ended up having to be rethought as it did not arrive in time). However communication was very good with swift responses and I finally got the corrected item. Lovely packaging and speedy delivery.
I was wondering where the package was so I emailed customer service. They got back to me right away with all of the information I needed. The package arrived with all the care plus more needed. They make returns very easy as well.

i got a ring that arrived missing a stone and seemed poor quality. I've been trying to return it for 4 days and the system they make you use to do this and arrange a pick up is absurd and really time consuming. i will never order from this company again and cannot recommend that ANY US customers do. VERY DISAPPOINTED
