At first I was a little apprehensive, because I had never seen nor heard of this website before but they were featured on Elle so I decided to go for it and order a pair of Layla Gunmetal Frends headphones. I ordered on Sunday evening and they had arrived by Tuesday morning which was amazingly quick as they were coming from America. The P&P charges were a little high (£6) but £76 for the headphones (inc P&P) was still the cheapest I could find on the internet, they came very well packaged in an Avenue 32 box with a ribbon, and I love the headphones so much, thank you Avenue 32 for such a great service. Will defiantly order again from them some time :-)

I cannot fault my experience of the site. So close to Christmas and yet I received an excellent product perfectly packaged. You didn't let me down. I have no hesitation in recommending you to others. My daughter loves her headphones. Thanks again!

great quality of of garment like always by t by Alexander wang, little big but is ok anyway especially for the sale price (i always buy size L BUT a size S or M could work too, because i have the same in black in size xs but it weren't available those other sizes)

My order arrived well in advance of the estimated date. My only issue was with the website itself. The system did not register my new account, so I could not check the status of my order and the customer service reply was slower than expected. But, then was very pleasantly surprised to find my order delivered that day.

This was my first order from the site. I received an incomplete item - I got the clutch without the dust bag, and other expired ones - hair elixirs were expired. It was disappointing. I had to contact the customer service department. Julie Chu was a big help. She sent me a dust bag for the clutch and issued a refund for the expired items.

Great apart from both orders wrapped together so didn't realise the 2nd gift was wrapped inside the first which resulted in the 2nd gift being given to the wrong person!

Ordering and shipping is great, but beware if you need to make a return. Cumbersome to get return shipping processed. Also, they collect duty but would not refund it to you if you make a return - make sure you read the fine print on taxes and duties. I never experienced anything like that with any internet retailer I have ordered from in the past (e.g., matchesfashion.com) and find this unacceptable.

I REALLY ENJOY Avenue 32's shopping experience. It delivers via DHL, which costs only 2 days for delivery. And the white box is so nice and free of charge!

The only things I dislike about Avenue 32 are the delivery charges and the additional email process to obtain a return number from customer service. If a return number can be automatically generated on the website and emailed to you (like on Net-A-porter you request the return on the website and then the Return number is sent to you) rather than the extra step of emailing customer service and awaiting their response. I'm sure there are some customers that haven't completely finished the returns process and inadvertently miss the returns window because if this extra step. I think there could be times when you offer free shipping - during sales periods would be nice or reduced shipping. What I do love is the packaging, the speed of delivery and the choice of niche brands on the website. I also love how everything is colour grouped on the website - it's a very nice touch and visually appealing!
