Hi, This is just to confirm this company has a lovely service (at hand at anytime to help with questions or requests). They have a good selection of the latest fashion trends at very competitive prices. Their sales are some of the best in the industry. I had a bit of a shaky start with them (they were moving their warehouse and some returns were processed with some delay) but, ever since, things have gone smoothly. Some companies do deserve a second chance and this was (for me) one of them.

I requested tracking number, but its staff just told me to check my account record. I asked customer services to add my order on my account record. Its staff didn't do anything. Btw, I paid the bill via paypal, don't know why credit card showed that this company was registered in HK instead of UK
