customers are expect the product is in a good conditional, a significant mark was found on the body of the bag, although they have follow up service and free return, but seller has the responsibility to make sure the product is in good condition before ship out. the packaging box should be bigger then the product, especially bags are in a certain shape that couldn't be press, i received a parcel that the height is shorter than the bag, therefore the bag got pressed and became crinkle

My shoes arrived quickly and I would give an A+ for that part. However, out of the 2 items I ordered, I only received one of them and then received an email stating that demand out paced supply so basically sorry and you won't be charged. Not very satisfying. Especially since your inventory on site suggested that you would be able to fulfill the order. In any event, no shoes and no compensation in the form of coupon, site credit for the inconvenience, nada.. Oh well.
