Ordered Optimmune for my dog only to wait a week to be told that it has only just been sent, and on top of that, they can not get there prices right. A week ago the price was £73.50. Today’s email stated 2 tubes for £30.62. Seriously considering using someone else next time.
Appalling customer experience and very slow correspondence and communication. Unable to call direct as not taking calls due to how busy their lines are; this happened to me on multiple occasions. Then had to wait for days until emails responded to. In the end they could not supply me with what I required and I could not speak to them to discuss the problem. Don’t bother with this company. I have since found and bought the prescription that I require in less than an hour!! ** update- they have responded on Trustpilot quicker than through their own website/communications!!

My dogs face is a mess. (Still no delivery to date 29th January) I have had no issues until this order. My bulldog relies heavily on his prescription medicine. After 2 days with no Apaquel I bought 4 tablets from our local vet in the hope that his meds would be here soon. Spoke to an adviser who suggested I pay express delivery 9 days ago and nothing has arrived! I left my phone number with the automated service twice and not once has my call been returned my emails have been ignored as well. If I could upload a photograph of my poor dogs face and the mess it’s in I would! I trusted this company and have been let down badly. I am now having to buy more medication from my local vets! A company knowing full well the importance of prescription medication for pets and allowing animals to sit without. The new website is an absolute shambles and the lack of communication is despicable. I would suggest if you genuinely care about the welfare of your pet then avoid this company at all costs. I will be going elsewhere from now on! Currently sat on hold on their phone lines as I write this! Absolute shambles.
I ordered a medicine for my cat last week with no update of the order (it's still processing, let alone being posted). I have sent an email with no response as well. Medicine is not a comfort product, it's a necessity. Long waiting times (just see the customer comment below mine) makes this website not trustable. If you need short-term medicine, this isn't the place to go.

Three days after placing my order, Animed emailed to inform me that part of my order was out of stock. They stated they would send the remaining items and refund the difference. I responded within two minutes, requesting the entire order be cancelled as receiving only part of it was inconvenient. I received no reply. This morning, I followed up again to request the full cancellation, only to receive an email two hours later informing me that my order had been dispatched. The customer service has been absolutely appalling.
I placed an order which was stated to be delivered within 3-5 working days. The order wasn't even showing as being packed by the 4th working day so I emailed Animed. They took 2 days to get back to me and informed me that one of the items was out of stock (so until I contacted them and after the stated delivery date had past, they got back to me!!) I tried to call them but they were on staff training so I emailed them to demand they cancel the order as I couldn't wait. 3.5 hours after I emailed them, they emailed me back to informed me they had posted the order!!!! Don't bother ordering from them as the customer service is minus 100 stars and once they have your money it is all about ignoring you. I placed my first order which was late. I have a repeat prescription so on 16th January ordered again. Emailed twice and when you phone they say they have a high number of calls and cut you off. I have tried several times. Don't use your pet is important they need their drugs and this company can't fulfil your order in an acceptable timescale.

New website unable to upload new prescription. Unable to speak to anyone on telephone....just recorded message. Days answering E mail.....resorted to another supplier....cheaper and totally efficient. Had issues before but this was the final straw.
Thoroughly disappointed & disgusted with the service I have received from this company!!! Having ordered & paid for my cat’s medication a week ago, I had hoped it would be delivered today. Instead, I have received an email to advise that the order has now been cancelled due to a ‘system error’ and I will be issued a refund. I am now left without any of this essential medication for my cat and cannot get hold of anyone on the phone or via email to discuss this further…. Please do not rely on this company to fulfil any crucial orders or provide any customer service whatsoever!!!
Frequently have issues with orders. Orders sent out late or not at all. On Numerous occasions I’ve been told a prescription is invalid, had to chase the vets for a new one and pay them again. After several times of this happening, the vets flagged this to me and it was found Animed had been saying prescription were invalid when in fact they weren’t. No proper apology and certainly no offer of reimbursement for all the extra payments I had to make to the vets for new prescriptions. The latest incident of this happening delayed medication and as a result my dog had a stroke this morning.
Fantastic company! I’ve been using Animed Direct for few years now for food and medication for my dog. Delivery is always fast and prices very good.
The new website did not have my previous orders on it. When I eventully managed to make my order, I clicked on Place Order at least 10 times and still my order did not go through. My details are on the page with my order so do I keep on clicking Place Order in the hope that it will go through or do I come out and start all over again, possibly with the same problem? Absolutely appalling service. I have no order number as the order did not go through. My name is Mr M Fertig so perhaps you can trace things from my name.
Can't get though to customer support, all lines busy, order not being processed as I can't upload my perscription, cancelling now
