A WARNING TO OTHER BUYERS!! Disgraceful reply from ANIMED, how can you read the instructions before you buy the product, if you gave these instructions before purchase you could then choose..BUT ANIMED DONT supply full information, they then just say we are NOT responsible we dont make the product, well News from Citizens Advice is they ARE responsible and THEY should contact the company they bought it from to pass on our complaint. The 2015 Act DECSRIBES it fully. The Consumer Rights Act gives you the legal right to either get a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, "unfit for purpose" or not as described, or get it repaired - depending on how long you've owned it: 0-30 days: You can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality.

I brought a sand fly collar to take to Spain with me from you but the vet in Spain said that they stopped useing that collar 5 years ago because it didn’t work, i had only had it a week still in the packet unopened and I emailed you to ask due to the fact it didn’t work can I send it back and get a refund so I can buy one that does and your customer service said no
