Ordered on 8th January with plenty of time left on existing drugs got from Animed, so effectively a repeat prescription. Firstly no record of my pre-Xmas order. No problem just re-uploaded prescription. Animed took my money and nothing has happened. Have emailed customer service, no response. Very, very poor service playing with animal lives. If you can’t fulfil orders don’t be in business.
I’ve used Animed a few times. They seemed quite efficient. But this time I couldn’t upload the prescription, encountered an error in emailing the prescription then couldn’t speak to anyone. The phone line cuts you off regardless of what you select. I’ve had to resort to an emergency prescription fulfilled by my Vet. Think I might investigate some other sources next time.
I ordered some tablets for my dog on 6th January. I received confirmation of my email and payment was taken. With previous orders I had been updated and I was impressed with the service. On 11th January I eventually got through to a call centre to check on the progress of my order only to be told the prescription hadn't uploaded. I sent again and 2 days later I had been told it was in the process of being checked. I have sent several emails since and tried to get through to the call centre only to be cut off to find out where my order is and have had no reply. I still haven't received anything. My order online says it is being processed. I will never use them again.
Ordered regular prescription of Apoquel tablets for my two dogs and yet another price increase. November £28.50 for 30 tablets December £31.50 for 30 tablets January ordered today £35.20 for 30 Overall an increase of 23.54% in just two months. Way above the rate of inflation but they do have a new website! No wonder so many people are having to give up their pets.
Something has gone wrong at this company. They used to be very good but not now . They have kept me waiting over 9 days for an order, with no updates. When I phoned I was cut off due to high demand. Eventually managed to get through and they still couldn't say when it would be delivered so I cancelled the order. I'll order elsewhere. Hoping to get a refund!
The deliveries are taking much longer. It has been eight days since acknowledging the prescription. I hope it comes soon.
Very pleasant response on the telephone
I have been waiting for a week now and paid extra for express delivery. Both the order and prescription were provided on the same day. When I look at my order it has been waiting to be filled and dispatched for a week. I am not able to talk to anyone as they have insufficient people on their call centre. Despite a new prescription system being implemented, they should have employed more people to accommodate this. AS OF TODAY You said that you had asked that the order be forfilled and despatched asap. I have just looked at my order, and it has been closed and refunded! That is not what I wanted or asked for. I need the drugs urgently. I was expecting this to be despatched to day express delivery as it should have been on Tuesday of this week. What is going on? What do you propose to do to rectify this?
Excellent service. The jiffy bag the tablets came in was much thicker than the last delivery as was the box inside. This made a big improvement on the condition of the tablets overall.
