Terrible customer service. Have been using this company for over 15 years. Because there was paracetamol on the prescription which I’m buying locally they wouldn’t process the order for the rest of the items. I’ve had to order another prescription from my vet without the paracetamol so I can buy from a different company. Will never use them again. They have lost a valued customer. Avoid at all costs.

Animed had everything I was looking for (mainly Royal Canin dry cat food but also cat toothpaste!) and at an excellent price. Service was fantastic with delivery in just a couple of days. I’ll stick with Animed from now on.

I bought my budgie 1kg food . Expired date is a month. He can't eat it for so short time . First and last time buying from them. I give 2 stars because fast delivery Not recommended

Customer service is excellent. I called them about an error in their website and the person I spoke with (Ash) was very kind, helpful and empathetic. My issue was quickly resolved. I feel like it is unusual to get this level of service from an internet company that is selling products at a discounted price. Animed will be my first choice for pet products in the future.

I placed an order for a common in-stock product on Monday and vet uploaded prescription the same day. Date of order is now appearing as tuesday on the website for some reason and order is still (thursday evening) showing as “processing”. Cannot get hold of anyone at animed to discuss. Paid £4.95 postage for royal mail express. whats the point when the order hasnt been posted almost 5 days on! This happened around christmas time with an order also. Hoping this review will prompt someone to contact me to rectify the situation. Pet owners put our trust in animed after paying a quite hefty prescription fee to the vets to be able to use their services. The issues in despatch should not be happening

My order has only just shipped and I ordered on the 22nd of Jan!! I have used this company for years and never had any issues. I was told my prescription from the vets was out of date on the 27th of Jan so I emailed on the 28th of Jan with a new prescription. How has it only just been shipped!?! I wanted to pay for quicker shipping but they wouldn't allow me to unless I reordered and I wasn't chancing that. There needs to be better communication especially as I said my dog was running out of tablets and he ran out 1 week after my original order.

Animed offer best prices on and offline but most importantly, they are one of the few sensible businesses that have customer needs in mind providing humane customer service.

My German Shepherd is very strong and pulls heavily on the lead. I found a Leader Lead on Animed for £10. It is the best £10 I have spent in a long while. It doesn't pull on the dog, but, I don't know how, it's worked miracles. I also bought flea drops and wormer tablets

The customer service is dreadful. I placed an order for both of my dog's medication and because the one prescription the wording had to be changed the prescription had to be changed. Which I totally understand however they held back the whole of the order despite me paying for it in full. This meant my other dog ran out of her medication. They refused to send the goods on next day delivery. Also if the product becomes out of stock after you have ordered it there is no communication from the company to advise you of this. Not a good customer experience. There prices are competitive so I now shop with another company. I did complain on both occasions but nothing improved.

Still waiting for my dogs prescription although my vets sent the prescription through the same day I ordered it when I rang to check and person I spoke to said they had only just received it, in fact you had received it but not downloaded it yet so here I am still waiting while my poor dog is suffering in pain eight days later very poor service

I’m writing to express a level of frustration at the poor level of service experienced. If an order is accepted on the ordering system, I think it’s fair to expect the order to be processed. If it isn’t processed because of a technical failure in the processing system, then I expect the company to have IT methods in place to identify the issue and either correct it, notify the customer, or a combination of both. In my case, the order failed…. And nothing happened until I raised a query about it. By this time, I’d run out of medication and had the hassle and expense of purchasing direct from the vet. Your order system is the heart of your business. If you’re not spotting and responding to failures in that process you’ve got shoddy IT, generating a crappy customer experience.

Hurray Placed order Feb 25 and finally received the order today 11 Feb at 11.30am Very frustrating as I had to chase and question the delays So my feedback to Animed is please please improve your communication and website updates Only having a processing and complete flag on my account is really not helpful So finally if anyone using Animed and sees a processing flag for 2 days Call Animed or email support desk
