Regular order, excellent product, price and service.
Placed an order on 24 February and the money was taken from my account; it’s now 27 February and my order is ‘awaiting prescription approval’. Absolutely unacceptable! Update - there was an error in my order (completely my bad), but in order to rectify I was asked (after spending over half an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone) to cancel the original order and submit a new order, together with further payment. Refund of original amount takes 3-5 working days. Shocking customer experience - do not use!

I have been using Animed for several months now with no problems. This time im afraid that firstly the new website was hard to navigate round. Organising my prescription was also very hard, as I was told there was a new system, which meant that i did not have enough medication for my cat. Not impressed im afraid!
My order is always ahead of the scheduled delivery date, really good service and lovely staff on the phone if you have a query.
Thought they were very good from start to finish. An much cheaper than vets prices. Will be using again. We use for our little dog Apoquel to stop her allergies and it's working.

Very good service people very helpful and polite
Spoke to very efficient lady on Monday who arranged for the insulin to be delivered (arrived this morning, Wednesday…amazing). BUT why on earth is there so much packaging? An enormous box, brown paper, two Woolcool, bits of cardboard, two icepacks and a Jiffy bag all for one small phial of insulin. I know this has to be insulated but when I used to order it years ago from Animed (Eye airfield) there was never this amount. No wonder the postage is so high! Surely there could be a more economical way to deliver and bring the postage down.

Spent ages processing a genuine prescription that I needed desperately for my 14 year old dog to stop his allergic reactions. Made me feel like I was trying to get something I wasn't entitled to. Still waiting for a decision or a refund a week after ordering this urgent medicine! I have been given 5 repeats and will never use this supplier again. Totally useless, wish I had paid more to get it immediately from my vet which I will be doing in future!
