We are well pleased with the tub..installation..they did a great job of explaining everything they were doing and all the parts that function with the uses of the tub...the fellows were sooo nice and easy to ask questions...and having them explain them...
We are located quite a distance from where the installers are located in this area so the installation required careful planning. There were a few issues during the process but they were handled quickly and we felt like we were a high priority. Finished product is beautiful.
The salesman was very posititve BUT when placing the tub their was new measuring questions to take place - like removing door frames to fit into the space of the small bathroom that was used...love the Bedit and actually my new tub...!
Product is as described by salesman and installation was a 1 day job on the agreed upon date. I'm absolutely satisfied with doing this deal!

Nice tub and installation was perfect.
Installer was prompt, professional & polite. He left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. He came during shelter in home period. He also advised I could get larger tub for same price .

great product, need to up the water temp even though we got s bigger water heater installed, once full no more hot water, so we got to up the temp a bit and mix other cold water, should fix the problem, otherwise wife loves it, I still like my shower, Im too big for the tub, lol

Professional installation-explained use of tub - left everything cleaned up and neat after installation
There is still a need for more safety grab bars inside the tub from my own experience. I find the seat to be slippery. Perhaps it could be made with a nonslip surface.
