he install was done quite quickly which was nicely done, The one drawback I can say is that they need to send the actual installer out ahead of time so they know what materials they will need to do the install properly, our installer must have made 20 trips to the local Home Depot to keep picking up supplies. Second with American Standard being such a large mfg. of bathroom fixture I find it very odd that they only offer the fixtures for the tub in polished chrome, all of the other fixtures in our home are brushed stainless. And the last thing I see is that seeing as how these are going into a rather small area I would think that they could add some noise dampening materials that would attach to the inside of the removable panels. Extremely loud and not easy to try and relax with that much noise

The salesman answered all our questions. I would recommend American Standard to anyone looking for quality and honesty with their personal. The installation crew were very knowledge and clear on how the job would progress and when they finished they cleaned up the trash and dusted the rooms that were involved.
The installers were on time and took great care to insure there was no collateral damage, They made sure I fully understood how to use the tub and I love it.
Quality and features of the Liberation Walk-In Bathtub are excellent. The Installation Team was very hard working and professional and did an outstanding job in removing the old whirlpool bathtub and installing the new Liberation model unit. The explanation of the operation and features of both the Liberation bathtub and toilet/bidet was clear, straightforward and easy to follow. I have already recommended the American Standard Liberation Bathtub and toilet/bidet to several friends and family members.

Excellent service and installation. In one day they totally transformed our bathroom to a safe place. The tub has so many features that will be beneficial to me but mostly for my husband. He has discs that have deterorated and numbness of his feet and legs. There are water jets at hip and back level. There are air jets around the leg level that will be great not only for his feet and legs but also for his skin. We didn't really care about the lights and aromatherapy, but we do love them also. Go with a company that has proved itself over time.
It doesnt fill in 5 minutes it takes 15 minutes. The salesman needs to make it completely clear to people that they will need to turn their hot water tank to the hightest setting or they will run out of hot water from a 40 gallon tank before the tub is full.
Was very pleased with Sales Rep. that came to house and discussed cost and plans to install. The 2 gentlemen that installed tub were both very personable and efficient. Was very pleased with the whole deal with exception of cost 😀. Was surprised at how much it was!!! Was going to finance it and pay monthly but when I saw how much monthly interest was, was fortune enough that I was able to pay cash for it. I love the tub. Thank everyone for their service to me.

Seat is very uncomfortable. Must have been designed for someone with a large butt. Air and water jets are weak. Poor investment for the cost.

I love my walk-in tub. My salesman, Julius Coco was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installers, Jeff and crew, were top notch. They scheduled the install and arrived on time. The install took 2 days which was the estimated time. I am very pleased with the job from salesman to install.

Our experience with the salesman was very good. The people that installed our tub were excellent. I have a question, I have an American Standard kitchen sink and the porcelain is damaged and coming off. It was installed 3 years ago, we have tried contacting the plumber who installed it to no avail apparently he went out of business. The sink has a lifetime warranty, can you please tell me who I can contact at American Standard to replace this sink. Thank You in Advance, Diana Ricci
