We are underfloor heating novices but spoke with their technical people. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and they advised us on all aspects of what to choose, how to fit it, which thermostat to buy, etc. Delivery was super-speedy and the kit we bought was very keenly priced. All in all, a very impressive set-up. Thoroughly recommended!

When I placed the original order, my order was with me in 48 hours. I then realised that I had ordered the wrong amount of underfloor heating (completely my fault) and they were fantastic about allowing me to return the mistaken order and get out the correct quantity by return. If only all companies were this easy to deal with.

I ordered late on Sunday and it was delivered to me Tuesday, very pleased and when i need to purchase the next one for my bathroom i will be using you !

This is the second time that I have used Ambient underfloor heating. Placed the order online and an hour later found that a higher wattage floor mat was required. A phone call to customer services resolved the matter and the upgraded floor mat arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Ambient Under floor heating is an excellent product and this is the second time I have used the company. It is the same quality if not better material than other companies and the cost is lower. Delivery is first class and advice is always on hand. Excellent and I will use them again and recommend the product.

Prompt and efficient company

I have used EUFH before so I knew what I wanted. None the less, this Website had all the information, products and best prices that I required. It was delivered the next day at no extra cost.

A good price for the product, but dispatch was overlooked. Polite and responsive to my contact regarding none arrival. Problem corrected and dispatched for next day delivery. Unfortunately held my job up and client not best pleased. Should have ordered earlier and not trusted next day delivery.

Great product and very quick service

I ordered 4sm of underfloor heating. I've not put it in yet so cannot let you know if all the parts are complete and in working order but the goods were delivered the day after ordering which was amazing.

Good product delivered as promised, despite being in an IV postal zone- usually an excuse for many companies for slow service, but not Ambient. Would recommend. And WTF can't all the other companies sort their act out when posting to the north of Scotland?

This is the fist time I've used ambient and can not fault the service I have received they had a problem with the delivery of my heat kit,they called me to check if I had received the item.which I hadn't they then got a new one delivered next day. Good service alround.
