Ordered heating mat kit and insulation in the afternoon and it was delivered the following morning. Just completed installation and tested. Excellent product. Highly recommend Ambient for their product and speed of delivery. We can now use the conservatory in the winter.

Having never bought UFH before I was unsure where to start. After doing some research online the company "Ambient" kept appearing. I located their website and began reading up on the various different types of UFH, insulation and accessories. The level of detail and amount of useful information is great to see, it didnt come across as being a scary thing to buy that will cost the earth to fit, far from it. I bought a 3.5m2 square UFH mat kit with Marmox insulation boards, this included the wiring and thermostat. The option to choose from a couple of different thermostats was also a very nice touch. Delivery couldnt have been any quicker, I ordered my kit during christmas, bare in mind Ambient re-opened on Monday the 4th of Jan, my items arrived on the 6th!! I didnt want t buy the cheapest I could find, I wanted quality over cost. Ambient have supplied both a high quality product for a suitable price. It's also worth mentioning you will be buying from a British based company. I would highly recommend Ambient.

Very ingormative

This is the second time I've used this company. First time the product is still working after 5 years (as expected) without any problems. Despatch and delivery is very good. Everything you need is in the kit supplied. They were very helpful on the phone when I twice called up with questions and no call waiting time.

Spoke with someone at the office who helped me decide on the type of heating system. Ordered online at 1.30pm and received the next day at 2 pm. Products are easy to use and instructions are easy to follow. Used other manufacturers before and find this system slightly better and slightly easier to use. All the better for a back up sensor to be included.
