There was a mix up with the delivery of some items by the courier , a member of the ambient team let me know ASAP , dealt with it efficiently and I was very impressed . The goods sent out where of good quality .

I looked at three providers for cost for my underfloor heating. I only needed 2 M2 so not a large sale. I called to check if. The item i was looking at was suitable to lay in screed, and recieved helpful advice about depths. I then rang back about the thermal pads for underneath again i recieved helpfull advice from another member of the well informed team. having found ambient on the web, I rang for technical advice. I was given very clear advice immediately and bought confident that I would know what to do. The kit arrived four days later, looks to be in good order with clear written installation instructions. Yet to be installed, but I am not anticipating any problems.
