Words won't do Ambient justice, you really have to experience their service to understand just how nice and how good a company they are. My wife decided the day before our tiler was due to arrive that she wanted our 52m2 kitchen to have UHF. After the initial panic and 2 hours of trying source a local stockist for UHF but with no luck, I came across Ambient as our last hope (only wished I'd found them 2hrs earlier - would have saved a load of grey hairs). Gave them a call to check they had 250mtrs of cable and spoke to David, he explained everything and said that if we ordered before 2pm, it would be there next day. Sure enough it arrived 8.30am - Amazing Customer Service, so much so that when our tiler unpacked the box and saw what it contained, even he commented on how good the company were, and as a result, he is now going to use them instead of his current supplier. I can't thank Ambient enough for being a truly great company and will be placing my next order with them for the bathrooms. Just wished all my suppliers were this good!

I recommend Ambient! I have purchased many products online and I wish all companies could treat customers like Ambient do. I searched many companies on line and found Ambient to be very easy to speak to. As a novice to UFH, I was helped all the way through my selection, with many helpful tips. UFH kit arrived as promised. Extremely easy to install, I am not an expert at DIY, however, having completed my bathroom I am very impressed with the result and I am starting the bedrooms. I have now purchased two small sets of UFH systems. The goods have always been on time and in excellent condition. On the second occasion, when calculating the heating element run, I realised I had over estimated the cable length. I contacted Ambient who replaced with a shorter cable and refunded the cost difference (without me having to ask for it). For me a key measure of a very good company is one that remains helpful when things go wrong. Full marks to Ambient.

Just ordered my 2nd underfloor heating system from Ambient. Whilst I haven't yet installed the latest, the first was installed 5 years ago and has proven to be extremely easy to install, easy to use and excellent value for money.

Order arrived extremley quickly. The company contacted me to arrange delivery as they were unable to deliver in work hours but delivered the product to my work address instead. Impressed with both product and service.

Had done alot of reseach before making any purchase. I couldnt find what I was looking for in the big DIYB stores so headed to the web. Found several companies ALL selling the same product but Ambient were very helpful to this novice consumer and provided with help and assistance to both myself and builder. The mat has just been laid today .........so far so good! The builder hasnt had any problems and said that it was easy enough. Thankyou.

Fast delivery. Some instructions are contradictory, such as describing how to flip mat over to turn 90 degrees when the mat has to be laid one side up, but easy enough to lay.

Just a few words to say i found Ambient very informative when i phoned and ask for advice on what to buy, i ordered over the phone there and then and it was delivered the very next day. I will be using Ambient again for my next project.

I recently bought some underfloor heating for my new kitchen. I trawled the internet looking for products and called a few of the companies up too to ask advice. Ambient were, by far, the most approachable and helpful. They answered all my queries without making me feel like an idiot. The price was also the best and I managed to save £200 on a quote from a high street store for an almost identical product. The product was easy to install. The only issue we had was with the sticky tape on the heating mats not sticking to the floor.

Searching through the net for under floor heating since the major outlets all have products that have very poor feed back. Like gas boilers you can find products that are tested and given their results you can then make a simple choice!

I purchased underfloor heating to go under stone tiles in a bathroom. I trawled the Ambient site for info on buying, fitting, delivery and whether the product would suit my needs. I have to say that it did exactly what it said on the tin. I feel as though an expert guided me through every step and I am absolutely pleased with the product and my toasty bathroom floor
