I researched this product both locally and via the internet and found this company both knowledgeable and very competitive in price (33% less than if purchased locally). Their Web site is easy to use (I suggest even to non-computer literate persons). They have a free help-line telephone contact number which helped reassure any concerns I had in installing and purchasing this product. I placed my order before 14:00 hrs and it was delivered the next day before 12:00 hrs. On the day I placed my order there was a 5% discount available which I took advantage of. I've previously not installed any Electric Under floor Heating system but found their guide very satisfactory and my system was working (11m sq) within 6 hours. I very rarely bother to reply / or submit feedback to these requests but feel this company deserve recognition.

Having recently purchased a Towel Warmer and underfloor heating items I am very satisfied with the products and especially the prompt delivery service even though we do live on an island in the Outer Hebrides. Unlike many companies there was no extra delivery charges with our remote location and if needed I will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Very straight forward to order easily to understand instructions excellent website.Good delivery included in first price shown, which also includes controls. Insulation is extra but.well worth ordering as it replaces the need to purchase any with the laminate flooring Well done!

Website easy to use The man on the phone for technical data had thorough product knowledge (and did not have to refer to a different department to check if items were in stock) Your couriers deserve credit too. Dispite having told everyone at the delivery address I missed one area out but the courier phoned on my mobile and I was quickly able to resolve the matter.
