The company is very expensive to put on wall the tv 32 inchi is 180GBP, problem is on the website its saw the price 89GBP i am liter bit confuse.

Stuart was round within 4 hours of my phone call after John Lewis had let me down with a wall mount not including the right size of screw for the tv. The girl confirmed on the phone it would be done before 6 and another gentleman called back one hour before Stuart arrived. He completed the job within 15 minutes and I now have a lovely brand new 43" LED TV on the wall in my office, fully secured. Checked with me exactly where I wanted it and was polite and courteous 'to boot'. Thanks Stuart - i'll definitely use your firm again.

Enquired about wall mounting a flat screen TV. Pete came out first thing the following morning did a quote and fitted TV straight away. Pete was excellent, obviously knew what he was doing friendly and gave useful advice would recommend Ariel force

Though very expensive, it was worth every pence. Nathan and his father figured out the problem and wouldn’t leave until the problem was fixed. They were polite, professional, and conscientious. I am seriously thinking about cancelling Sky, who are completely useless and getting an Aerial because of the fantastic job that was done. Thank you Nathan and Aerial Force

Our engineer came out to hang our sky glass TV, plus another TV in another room. Mitchell was absolutely lovely, friendly and very chatty which we loved . I definitely would get Mitchell round for any other jobs.

Incredible service. My initial enquiry was returned with a phone call almost immediately. Within an hour an amazing engineer turned up at our home. Highly recommend this company and their professionalism. This was on the last Saturday afternoon before Christmas! Thank you guys for being so willing and helpful.

It seems a good idea to take the admin aspect ( booking work slots/ processing payment etc ) away from the Engineer,and just focus on maximising Clients pr day. Steven Romani was very cooperative in advising me on various stages of work involved and how any issues would be overcome and when necessary investigative work was necessary to identify the correct solution. Offered next day appointment, even though very close to Christmas. Agent told us the time frame and called us to let us know the engineer was on his way. Chris was very professional and efficient in solving our problem, all up and working, he left two very happy customers. Would thoroughly recommend.

My mum's Aerial stopped working on her on thursday evening and looked online next day i come across Aerial Force and rang after 10 am and they came out after 2pm and looked gave a price and started the job of replacing every thing from aerial ,brackets for chimney and wires and to connect 2 tvs and was done by 16.45 friday my mum was so happy it was all done and guy was friendly and if i needed work done on aerial i would call this company out thanks .

Fantastic job by Darren - came and mounted two TVs, one with full wire hiding embedded into the wall, really slick job, the other mounted with a great cable tidy, great job.

I booked an engineer to come before 6pm Friday, I received a call 3-45pm telling me engineers wouldn’t make it can they come Saturday morning 8am-1pm. I received a call at 1306 telling me the engineer couldn’t come as he had broken down. At this point I cancelled.

Pete was friendly and very professional with his job. He has finished fitting Tv in less than a given time . Happy with the service.

Waited in for 2 days with no-shows and no contact. Extremely indifferent attitude from call centre staff when I called. They are definitely not "our friendly team". I was told by a very disdainful person that "it could be anytime up til 6.00" when I said I was supposed to have been visited between 8-1. Apparently these times are a fiction, which is pot luck on the day. It was bad enough wasting 2 days waiting. The absolutely appalling attitude from the "service" staff added insult to injury.

STAY AWAY !!!These crooks tried to charge me £240 to put a TV on the wall ..my carpenter took 15mins to do it for £20 quid ..don't let these thieves try to rip u off ..please stay away

Excellent Service We had bad reception on all our 3 televisions rooms in our house. Rang aerial force on Saturday and within an hour Ashley came over. He checked for reception on our tv and pointed out it was poor. He removed the aerial booster which he said was not required and replaced the aerial lead outside which was damaged. Consequently we got good reception on all tv rooms. Very efficient service.
