One of a few jobs I had for AF was to hook up 2 sky boxes & 2 sound bars to 2 new TV's. After the installer (Jamie) told me the work was complete, he only demonstrated on one of the TV's (I never checked the other one with him, naively). After he left I realised that the other TV was not set up to Sky or the sound bar. After calling AF TWICE to request they came back, I was told on both occasions Jamie would be in touch.... I'm still waiting 3 weeks later!

Very quick response from Aerialforce. Engineer visited, diagnosed problem and repaired all within 30 minutes. The engineer Ricky contacted us the following day after we voiced further queries and agreed to visit us. The problems were quickly resolved. Excellent service, will use again and highly recommend.

Initially I thought this was a professional company as I put an enquiry in and they called me within minutes to book an engineer to visit my property to install a 65” sky glass tv. The advisor said she would put a note on saying the tv is heavy and two engineers are required for it. Anyway, the next day, an engineer arrived and he asked me to HELP him put the tv up for £260 plus VAT??!! And if I wanted another engineer its £125 plus VAT. You could not make this up. Sorry?? I should help you and then pay you? You should give me £125 then! Also sorry, forgot to mention, I already had a bracket mounted up onto my media wall so all he had to do was put the tv up!! No extra work needed. Urgh. Safe to say I went to “Mount my Tv” who did a fantastic job (BY HIMSELF) for less than half the price of what they were charging.

I did not have any signal the technician from the company came to check although we had two working aerials on the roof he insisted that I install a 2 way distribution amplifier at the cost of £250 they cost £20 in Argos plus Vat plus labour costs of £85 total amount would be around the £400 mark I paid the 85 quid call out fee and got rid of the technician fast I will buy the 2 way distribution amplifier myself and try to connect with the correct connectors Thanks but no thanks this company is out to rip off customers

I don’t even want to give a star. CCTV wires chewed by our puppy at the point of entry. I asked how much it would be to replace 3 wires? They said £95 plus parts on the phone. The 2 Self Employed engineers they sent out came in and said they can’t be fixed, so it will be 2 hours work plus £150 per cable total £650. I said I can have a new system for that and they left within 2 minutes. Then I get a call asking how the engineers were? I explained as above he said did they not negotiate the price? Did they not quote you for a new system? Today I get a call to pay £95 as a diagnostic charge!! What diagnostic I told them what was needed.

Absolutely brilliant company! Rang up to enquire about having our Tv mounted to the wall was told someone could come out today to do a free quote and if we are happy then can carry out the work. Tom came and was very polite and professional, told us what would need doing and it wasn’t a simple job either but Tom cracked on and we honestly couldn’t be happier or have asked for anyone better to complete this job for us! Also left the front room clean and tidy, we Highly recommend!! Thank you :)

Came on time and the engineer, Paul Capplin was very nice and friendly. He sorted out the aerial connection for the TV which was very expensive, especially as we wanted other work done on upgrading our CCTV system. Had CCTV upgraded with new cameras and DVD but because the original cables were 6 years old we were told it wasn't possible to get colour on them all. We spent nearly £1400 on not what we wanted. Paul is the only good thing about this company, they need to look at their pricing strategy.

Spot on service! 100% would recommend this outfit. Had an issue with my Sky signal. Sky couldn’t come out to me until 2 weeks time!! Useless to me!! Emailed this company in the evening, got an email straight back & they called me first thing in the morning, and someone was around to me within an hour!! That’s the sort of service I’m happy to pay for!! The engineer was mustard! Fixed it within half hour! Reasonable cost also!! Worth every penny!! Top service!! The footballs back on!!! ⚽️

The initial installation was prompt but the mounting has come away from the outside wall and we are losing connection. Rang but a very rude and condescending man said it could be up to 48 hours before engineer contacts us. Strange that same day service is available to install and get your money. Better customer service is needed .

Gary arrived at the time he said he would and stayed until the job was completed really helpful lad and nothing was a problem to him. Gary cleaned up after he finished. Came in at a very competitive price would definitely use again and ask for Gary.again

I called the company at 9 am on a Saturday and the engineer,Ricky St John was on site within one hour. He was very thoughtful in assessing the situation and organizing this difficult job. He did a great job and left the site tidy. We are very pleased with the whole experience and recommend this company.

Excellent Engineer Tom. Very professional in settin* up my New TV, Sky and sound bar. Explained everything and made my system easier to operate so I could understand it better!! Would totally recommend.
