If I could leave a 0 star review I would, I called bank holiday Monday and spoke to someone on phone for nearly 10 minutes about having my TV installed on the wall. I’ve got the TV and the wall bracket bear in mind and was quoted roughly £20-30 for the job which he stated multiple times. The engineer has turned up today and said it was going to be atleast £139+vat. And when we questioned this he said the job wouldn’t be worth his time as he charges a £36 call out fee minimum for half an hours work plus materials. Just disorganised and chaotic and also lied about the price to get the booking. Very dissapointed. Called the office to complain and they didn’t care, told us they could send another engineer for separate quote and cannot honour their mistake of giving false price over phone.

After waiting in three times over three days to arrive with excuses after excuses from the call centre and two hours later than expected, the fitter arrived, he assessed the required works to be done, which was to fit a wall bracket to a brick wall in the bedroom to accommodate a Frame Samsung TV , six screws to fit two brackets supplied with the TV , now I know we all have to make an honest days pay for an honest days work, but come on …. £815 , I feel sorry for the people who have to pay for a service from this company, you should be ashamed.

Engineer did not arrive when expected, so I had to contact the company to check if an engineer was actually coming. Darren arrived eventually blaming traffic, very knowledgeable to the extent he made me feel I'd purchased the wrong product (I'd sought advice from Ring prior to purchase) Darren expressed his opinion very loudly outside my house which made me feel uncomfortable. I had hoped not to have drawn too much attention to the fact I was having a Ring camera installed. Darren also advised very loudly outside of my house it was £95 for installation and £45 set up, it was more than I was expecting to pay but as I'm disabled I could not install myself I had to accept that. When the work was completed (which I couldn't fault) inside my house Darren repeated the cost adding 'and then there's the vat' so it jumped up to £168! If I'd been aware if the total cost would I have gone ahead? probably not. This morning I sent the company an email advising I'd left a review the response was that there was no record of a job at my address and asked if I was sure I had the right company!

Excellent company. Sam the engineer wi came done all the work very professionally and clean and tidy. He lets you know when he is on his way and give you the time he will be with you. This is my third time only because I didn’t do the right thing after the other visit. Very reasonably price. Sam the man. Thank you Kim in the office for getting Sam out very quick. Fantastic company

Do not trust this companies promises to attend your property or keep you updated. I travelled three hours to a holiday let to meet the engineer, waited all day, and only when I rang them did they tell me that the engineer could no longer make it. Not customer centric.

Asked for a quote beforehand as I knew it was a small job. Request declined and when the guy turned up he charged £168 for 10 mins work. As the 'job' was in relation to something my disabled son needed, I bit the bullet and paid up. Have used them a few times and they are always very expensive, but this was a joke. Called the office but they do not care. AVOID.

Charged £325 for a simple aerial change. Poorly fitted cable just wrapped around the support post with no tape or cable ties. Cable connector then breaks after only 5 months. Same fitter turned up and trys to charge me to fix it and still hasn't secured the cable, and blames the wind for the problem. Then company writes to me stating they will take court action if I don't pay £85. If you are in the Poole Dorset area you should avoid this company as it's the fitter who has done a very poor job.

Mitchell came and moved our TV from one apartment to the other. Friendly, helpful professional service. We would use him and aerial force again.

We rang Aerialforce the call centre wee very helpful and we had an engineer with us within a few hours . Darell was great ,diagnosed the problem quickly advised the cost of the job and completed it promptly tidying up after himself Would recommend

Great Company :) came quick and priced up the job and was clear about what needed doing & everything, the repair guy a had was darell and he was a lovely chatty guy and polite and friendly :) cant complain and really happy with the service and the cost was gd compared with other places and new aerial working great :) 5 star service :) recommend to eveybody :)

They did a fantastic job . We were back on line in the early afternoonb saying we only reported and requested an engineer 3 hours earlier. Would recommend this company to everyone who has a Sky box problem

The engineer Mitchell is an absolute credit to his company. He was friendly, courteous and listened carefully to how we wanted our TV to be fitted. Great service. I highly recommend.

We booked Aerial Force as we have just recently moved house. Lee was our engineer on the day and he was excellent. We had a new aerial, booster, 3 tv points and a tv fitted to the wall. Lee explained all of our options along with the prices before starting the job. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, tidy and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
