I contacted Aerialforce this morning, and received a very prompt and helpful response. An engineer came an hour later within the time frame that was promised. Sam was the engineer and was very professional, polite and friendly. He fixed all my issues and completed a very neat, safe aerial. Sam spent time testing my device and ensured everything was working perfectly. Excellent job done! I will certainly recommend Aerialforce and Sam to friends and family.

I had a bad time last week with another firm, but my confidence was totally restored by Aerialforce. The office staff were totally profesional & the engineer marvelous. He was friendly, & explained what was happening all the way through. Was even still smiling as he had to tackle bramble bushes.If there were more rating stars I would use them.THE BEST

Speedy response. Polite engineer, Jamie, who listened to what was wrong and what was needed. Gave solid advice with options. Essentially, the equipment was out of date although serviceable with limitations. Fitted expensive package quickly and confirmed to me visually that signal had improved.

Lawrence came today to fix my aerial. He explained everything in detail. Checked the tv was working correctly. Nice happy chap. Knows what he’s doing. Will explain anything u ask. Wow. I put my details into their system. Had a call within a minute. Sent an engineer round within an hour for a quote. I decided there and then to have my TV finally set up with a new Freeview Box after having issues since before Xmas. Engineer very informative and pleasant. Replaced broken part on my satellite dish and set up new Freeeview Box. Even though it was expensive, I’m not sure if anyone would have done it any cheaper (the dreaded VAT puts up the price) as I didn’t shop around but very happy with such an amazing quick response. I really didn’t expect everything to be fixed and installed within a matter of a couple of hours but I’m very happy to have free channels again. Thank you.

I booked for an engineer from Aerial Force to help me mount my new Sky Glass TV, onto my media wall, after a local handyman had told me that I would not be able to hang the TV in the space. After this, I went to see the company who had helped me build the media wall in the first instance and they recommended Aerial Force to me, and directed me to the TV mount I would need. It was quick and easy to book the engineers visit. Darren, the aerial force engineer was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly made an assessment of the space and reassured me that the work could be done and that it would look brilliant. He then had all the tools required to quickly do the job. Once the TV was hung, he helped me to set it up and test for vibration and picture quality. Having had interactions with many companies supporting with home improvements, I have to say my experience with Aerial Force is second to none from start to finish. Darren is a credit to the company!

I lost signal on my satellite box and my dish was 3 stories up on the roof. Sam from AerialForce came out within 40 minutes of my making the call and was very thorough and professional diagnosing the fault and replacing the LNB and re-aligning the dish. Work comes with a guarantee. All working perfectly again - recommended

Having just moved house, I needed someone to help me and tidy the wires and aerial for my TV. Not a big job but Darren was super helpful with ideas of how to manage them and did the job quickly and expertly. I am very pleased with the end result.

Chancers, promised that they could come out same day only to call & try and re-arrange mid afternoon once it was impossible to book someone else. Would not recommend.

I recommend this aerial company. Our old TV aerial was damaged by the storm and Darren had the difficult job of removing it from the roof of our three storey London house before it snapped and caused serious damage. He was very polite and carried out the job as instructed.
