Ricky St John arrived on time and assessed the work. He came up with a very reasonable price considering the labour and materials. Once he was up on the roof he sorted out an old unused aerial and got rid of it for me. He then sorted my aerial and I now have a strong signal. He stayed with me to ensure my TV was working perfectly. Altogether delighted.

The engineer who attended Ricky not only knew his gas installation stuff, but also that British Gas had seriously misjudged the situation that they were responsible for the meter and its replacement. Ricky spoke with authority to them and insisted that it was their responsibility to send out an engineer.

ENGINEER CAME OUT AND CHARGED ME £500 TO PUT A 65 INCH SKY GLASS TV ON MY WALL WITHOUT EVEN CONCEALING WIRES AFTER SIZING UP MY PROPERTY. I WAS MANIPULATED, PRESSURED & SCAMMED WHILE THE ENGINEER SAW I HAD A BABY IN THE HOUSE! HEARTLESS CRIMINALS! DO NOT GO TO AERIAL FORCE THEY HAVE BEEN ON WATCHDOG THREE TIMES PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! ONE STAR IS NOT LOW ENOUGH Called the internet sales service - Excellent Follow up by Sales Manager - Faultless Engineer arrived to the job - HOPELESS I have never met a more unhelpful tradesman in my life. He had probably had had a hard day (not my problem) He was rude, just did not care if he got the job or not. I would never recommend this Company to anyone unless they train their engineers to be more sociably and helpful Sorry, maybe I might give them another chance - but NOT TODAY

Great experience and company! Darren came and installed a Ring Doorbell for me. It was done quickly and efficiently on the same day after a survey and he'd given me a quote. He was so supportive and professional. He explained and completed the setup process in a way I could understand, retrieving the password from my modem for me and showing me how to change the battery on the Ring Doorbell unit. I'm not that tech savvy, but he gave me the confidence to do it. He also explained issues around CCTV and how to download images properly. A really nice guy and great company to deal with! From the 1st phone call to getting TV securely fitted on the wall was around 2 hours. We wanted a 55 inch curved TV securing onto a stud wall. Lee was very polite and knowledgable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and recommended the correct bracket for the job. We were happy with the price quoted and Lee set to work, very tidy and efficient, the job was complete in no time, tidied as he went and wore shoe protectors. Couldn’t have asked for more. So pleased with service from this company. An engineer called 24hrs after I'd requested help to remove a partially blown down aerial. He was friendly yet professional and quickly removed the aerial without issue. Thank you so much!

You have asked me for more details of my poor review. I can't give you an invoice number or bill as I haven't had one. It's what I've been asking for repeatedly! You have the date of the visit of the engineer. The rest of the review is honest and truthful and as detailed as I can give. I.m still waiting for an invoice or statement to verify -on paper-the cosys of the work, which I think is also excessive. \\\ Tried time and time again to receive a proper bill for work achieved without success. Was told I had already received an invoice (which I hadn't) Told I couldn't have a copy until I'd sent the old one back-which was an estimate on a scrappy bit of card which I wasn't allowed to keep! Beware of the extortionate costs from this company or you will regret it! Get proper paperwork in advance of the work done, not jst scribbles on a bit of paper, I Am contacting Trading Standards to find out what I was charged and why. Nice enough people but very cagey on pricing and costs-and invoices.

Very considerate colleague undertook rigorous assessment of wall and TV to ensure correct fixings used. Very clean work. Asked for our views all through to ensure visibility from different angles and height on wall. Sky 55 inch now mounted on 160 degree arm. Next day service. Excellent.

1star for someone coming out quickly.Wont give prices out on the phone - very expensive compared to other companies who will do the same work for much less money !Do not use this company. Won’t give prices out - not even estimates - until someone comes over just another way to pressure you to get overpriced work out of you.£200+ just for a 48inch tv to be put on a wall. Absolute rip of. Do not use Aerialforce!

Ricky St. John did an excellent job of mounting a 43” TV onto plasterboard. Quick, efficient and very polite, would thoroughly recommend!

Sam at ArielForce came to fix my TV on the wall. He arrived on time and clearly explained the cost and process, even allowing me to make a last minute change in height without making a problem. Very good service overall.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. 5 stars does not do it justice. I rang and asked for a ball-park figure for a Sky Glass on-the-wall install, which was given and subsequently kept to. They offered me a same day install, which I did not want, so they came up with a next day appointment. Pete came to our house, covered his boots with shoe covers without being asked, and did a perfect job in a very short space of time. The work he did was excellent and his suggestion to re-position the TV was really helpful (and 100% correct). Very, very pleased with everything about this company. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Ricky st John came to install our TV aerial . Quick ,business like service . He found a solution to getting around bush that was in the way . From initial phone call to finished job took less than 24 hours . Would recommend to others .

Read google reviews before booking this company. The engineer LAWRENCE said that the signal in this area is not good enough so he helped us to install the external aerial. However, it was told that accordng to the Housing Associations information we supposed not to install the external aerial. Therefore, we told this company and requested for de-intallation during the cooling period. They said that this is not their responsibilty so we need to pay £114 additionally for de-installation. Of course, I didn't pay them to remove it. Instead of, I paid for another aerial company to remove it and they have good knowledge that this aera should not install the external aerial. TV Aerial/Aerial Force/Speedy Aerials (they are a group of company) are not a honest and professional company so please AVOID!!!!
