We were very pleased with the Freesat Aerial which was fitted on 13 Jan 2021 by Aerialforce. The dish has become faulty and I was disappointed to find out today 22.1.24 that they no longer cover our area in East Devon

I asked for a Quote from AF. Within 3 Minutes they rang me. I needed a TV Installing/Setting Up. Within an hour one of their Engineers arrived at my Home. A very friendly guy. He Installed my TV in about 10 Minutes. An excellent service and at a reasonable cost too. I'm delighted that my TV is finally Set Up. I highly recommend AF. I will certainly use them again.

He diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repairs even going the extra step to ensure we had the best quality signal possible and not just what was adequate. The only reason for not being 5 star is the prices are a bit high but that is the company and not Mitchell...he was superb

They didn't turn up and I heard nothing from them to explain. Not the first time this happened, but I've since discovered that they have been on BBC Rogue Traders and are famous for being really expensive. I've had them before and while expensive I couldn't fault their work. I think I've probably had a lucky escape.

Laurence was excellent. He called in advance with arrival time, was focused on checking what was needed before quoting and then fitted the loft arial. He checked the really good signal on the TV and invoiced me which I paid via ccard. Simple service, no nonsense and we would recommend Arialforce.

I just got shafted by the Tv Ariel company I’ve been charge £150 just to move the area inside the loft from right to left about 10 inches And fit a £7 bracket little bit higher up never again
