Call centre apparently did no pass all relevant info to engineer, & engineer arrived without necessary ladders to do the job, so had to come back another day. the job was actioned with great efficiency & skill. It's the annoying little things that don't get done correctly that are the bug bear.
The engineer was excellent. He did a great job fixing the problem, and an equally great job explaining everything he was doing, and checking I was happy to proceed at every stage.
I contacted Arielforce to remove an old TV Ariel now leaning. The company rang back later that day to cancel due to the engineer running late on another job. Appointment rebooked the following morning, with Mitchell telephoning me prior to his arrival. He provided excellent service by swiftly removing it! At £167 (Inc vat) probably more than what I was expecting for a simple removal ..but great service by mitchel so would recommend!

Lee the engineer came to install an aerial 2/2/24 having only requested a visit a couple of hours earlier, very professional and knowledgable and gave us good advice for now and the future. Strongly recommend Lee to anyone requiring this type of work thank you
Called the company a number of times after being told would be with us within the hour. Each time the engineer will update you (no calls back). After nearly 3 hours they finally said the engineer called us and couldn't find the location which is a total lie as we hadn't received a call. Lies and bad service. Would not recommend. Update from reply: My call log shows I called your company 3 times to chase to see where the engineer was. Each time told on their way and engineer would call. Never received any calls until finally told after a long call that the engineer had gone somewhere else. If your claim is true why did your call center not tell me this??
Called up to get a simple Cat6 cable running through to upstairs, James assured me that he had 4 engineers within 30 minutes and they would be out today. Had an engineer call after moving and prepping everything ready just for him to say they won’t be out today at all. Don’t assure someone will be here same day if it’s not possible.
Such a quick response. Really friendly. Explained easily and fixed speedily. Even set up my new box for me. Can't fault the service and speed of issue being revolved. Rang at half 9 and was fixed by half 1.
Purchased the aerial repair service. Came at 6pm when it was dark so unable to check most of the system, no alignment done. Main problem was need for a 12V PSU, charged £78 for what should be a £15 part in addition to the £83 callout fee. Apparently "management makes him charge that." Socket was not repaired as the "cable was too short" so the aerial just falls out of the wall. I wouldn't use them again, which is a shame, as the engineer seemed good.
I have had two Sky Glass TVs wall mounted, and am very pleased with the results. Lee was extremely professional and friendly, and cirtainly knew what he was doing! Lee even helped me decide where the TVs should be positioned, and suggested they be swapped over to different rooms - an excellent idea :-). Because these TVs are heavier than normal Lee explained the risks involved very honestly, and went to great lengths to explain the possible drawbacks. I highly recommend this Company. No signal with satellite. Called in and they sent me engineer called Sam arrived with in 2 hours, done good job. Definitely recommend. 👍

Kev Lawler came the same day to assess the problem and explained how he would fix our tv to the plasterboard wall using an adjustable bracket. We arranged a day and time for him to come back and do the work. He is excellent, the work was done quickly, carefully and efficiently. He did not leave any mess and was very pleasant.
Had an issue with my terrestrial channels, after moving home. Have to say would 100% recommend! Sam was absolutely brilliant he fixed the issue in no time at all, he was honest, knowledgeable, super polite and friendly. After a stressful week Sam has left me with a working TV and a smile 😊
Tom called at around 4.30pm on Tuesday 30th January and was pleasant, helpful, competent and explained what was needed. After the diagnostic of the problem, he said that I needed a new splitter which would be £150 and that he had the part in the van. I decided to go ahead with the repair and now my TV's are absolutely fine. The final bill was £262.80. For such a sum, I would have liked an invoice with more detail - the cost of the splitter and the labour in fitting it for example. It is as well to bear in mind that the costs quoted don't include VAT. The work and the engineer were fine but I always like to be reassured that the price was right.
