Pete was great. We had 3 access points put in. Here at 9 on the dot. Chatted through the process again and got on with it. Was efficient and cleaned up after. Would recommend

I requested them to fix an issue with my home data cabling which is slow in one room. They promptly sent out someone who assessed that there is a problem with the cabling (which i was aware of) and they said the only thing they could do was route a cable through the outside of the house. They charged 114 GBP for this. I talked to the manager to challenge this, he was extremely rude and threatened legal action. I believe they should not have accepted a job if they are unable to carry out the work.

Rang 9:30ish and had an engineer visit and remounted an aerial due to building work. Scott was polite, pleasant and very efficient, the job was done without any issues. He explained what he had done, and we were happy with his explanation. The job hardly held up the workmen on the job, which was a brilliant outcome. I can recommend this firm for their professionalism and quick response .

Made the appointment today and Mitchell came this afternoon to sort out my waterlogged aerial. He explained everything very well and tidied up after himself too. Would highly recommend him and this company.

Engineer damaged my wall installing soundbar and now says it’s my fault. Avoid this company. Totally regret using them.

Brian what a hero came and installed a new aerial and tuned in our TV so we now can find what we want with no trouble. He was a gentleman, highly reccomended. He even had a biscuit for the dog.☺️☺️☺️

Just moved into our house and require quick advice to get the television receiving programmes. Called Aerial Forrce and immediately they were there the same day. Good advice and prompt service by James the engineer. In under a hour we had perfection reception. Thank you James and also Mark in the office for you excellent help, service ad job really well done. Don't trust this company. Despite providing all the information required to undertake a tv installation the engineer advised on arrival that we required a longer cable, and once we had this someone could come back and do the installation. They told me which cable to get, even providing a link to the site to get it from. The installation was rearranged for today but no one arrived. On contacting them, I was advised that the job had been cancelled by them as they couldn't do the installation but won't tell me why. The call operator then said she wasn't wasting anymore time on the call and put the phone down. Dreadful customer service and beyond rude, avoid them all costs.

I was given a guide price for supply, installation & warranty on a new digital Aerial of £158 +VAT. This rose to £717 + VAT on a site visit for which I was charged £30. I had scaffolding up which would have made access easy but I was told it would have been better if it wasn’t there. A complete waste of time and money dealing with these guys.

Andy arrived at 9am this morning and was absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly and did an excellent job of mounting my TV on the wall. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend

Great same day service from Darell installing/wall-mounting two 55” Sky Glass TV’s, one particularly tricky in a very tight recess. Good advice and reasonable price. Highly recommend.
