Work excellant, however despite clearly describing work to be carried out engineer did not have the correct TV wall mount.Having made a further appointment to return called to cancel that morning.Remade appointment for next day but despite three phone calls and a promise that we were the next job did not turn up and finally a week later the job complete.Costing 3 days off work waiting in and in total 4 phone calls.jan 24th-Feb1st not good.Work good,receptionist good. EXPECTED BETTER.

I absolutely cannot praise the excellent service of this company enough, and especially the Ariel Technician that came round to remove an ariel from my roof. The ariel had been dislodged in a storm and hanging dangerously. He was brilliant and went above and beyond to remove it safely for me.

Really great experience. I knew what I wanted the end outcome to be, and on discussing this with the Engineer, all was clear. He troubleshooted, explained why aspects had not been working . All in all very happy with the work, the outcome, the Engineers comms when in our home.

Engineer was very professional told him the problem I had with the MaxxOne CCTV system I bought three years age and confirmed that the hard drive could not be repaired. Don’t buy MaxxOne systems

I used the chat function on the website to explain my needs and they called me immediately. I got a same day consultation and installation. Brian attended and was very knowledgeable about my kit (Starlink dish) and recommended an install which would stand the British weather and ensure continued service. Installation was quick and tidy both internally and externally and he also helped me get setup. Very happy and would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Replaced faulty equipment (balans) with new kit which also happened to have faults. Wayne went the extra mile eliminating other potential issues before concluding that the new kit was faulty and got a second batch which now works perfectly. What should have been a quick job (through no fault of his own) turned into a much bigger job, but they stuck to the original estimate and did a first rate job.

I needed my old aerial removing from chimney breast, the service was quick and efficient. I was really relieved the aerial was taken off and on the same day I phoned.

My engineer that came out to put up a satelitte dish was ..Brian, he was terrific. He was quick, tidy, friendly, knowledable and I can highly recommend the company for fast efficient service.

Very professional and knowledgeable company Asked for them to see if we needed a whole new freeview aerial for our bedroom or to run off the existing aerial Upon them checking we were able to use the existing satellite dish to get freeview in the bedroom and living room and a better picture quality They kept us informed of the work needed and the cost of the work

I had a problem with my cctv, the company that installed it didn't come out to fix it despite a number of promises,so i called aerialforce they told the cost and an engineer was available in my area for the next day. He promptly arrived at the time stated. The Engineer was polite and after a little investigation he sorted the problem. I would recommend using aerialforce couldn't fault the engineer or the company.

Booked an Aerial Force Appointment today they came out straight away. Steve did a first class service , very knowledgeable and sorted the problem .

Excellent customer service to get the £25+vat = 30£ to take your money to book the survey appointment. I had the engineer to visit the property and mentioned will send the quote in few hours. It is now few days, no one came back.

Great service from scott the engineer who installed a new Ariel for me the company does seem to charge premium prices but i was happy to pay these as long as the job was done properly.
