The company gave me a call to say the engineer was on his way 10/15 mins before hand. James listened and took in what I asked for….he broke down the cost. He took great care of my fireplace, protecting it with dust sheets and a blanket. He tidied up the mess from drilling a tv bracket above the fireplace. He was trustworthy, took his time….also explained/showed me another part I needed to obtain for my surround sound to work.

The engineer was on Time and worked extremely tidily and was very knowledgeable. The job was completed promptly at a good price.

I recently had my tv wall mounted with this company, Really pleased with their service. Lovely job, no mess, very neat, quickly done and right on time. The guys were great! Thankyou

Our engineer Andy was absolutely amazing, it was not the easiest of jobs with all the issues of a new build. He was so patient and extremely helpful. Yes it was expensive but worth it. You should be proud to have Andy representing your company if I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Thank you

Responded quickly to my call. Came out quickly considering it was close to Christmas. Sorted the problem with the sky dish that sends tv signal to our freesat box. Would definitely recommend Aerialforce

What a fantastic company and the man who came to me same day was absolutely amazing!! When I called that morning to inquire , I did not expect an instant response , was told someone will be out to this afternoon, he arrived , just got on with the job , sorted everything out , absolutely superb , cannot thankyou all enough !!!!

Received a prompt callback and an engineer was arranged to come first thing the following day. I wanted and aerial with a splitter for 2 tv’s and one was in the middle of the house so difficult to wire in but the engineer was helpful and we worked out the best route. The engineer was very considerate to make the work as neat as possible and ultimately we are left with very little evidence of the wiring to the kitchen tv - an excellent achievement. Throughout the engineer was polite, professional and friendly.

Had a new Aerial put up at my property. The engineer Harry turned up on time. He was extremely polite and professional throughout his visit. He is an asset to your company. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. It was so fast. Would definately recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future if needed.

Made a phone call, requesting, that a satellite dish be installed so we can watch German television Came within an hour, nice guy, erected the dish, made sure it was working. Now happy German wife, can watch all her favourite programmes Highly recommended

Requested to have an engineer for the next day to check a dish and antenna through the service desk. Friendly and efficient call handler, said I'll receive a call half an hour before arriving between 12-6pm. At 4pm I received a call saying no engineer available, day wasted and problem unresolved!! Unreliable and unbelievable, going elsewhere

Daryl was totally honest and indicated that he could not guarantee that we would get Sky with any of his or my ideas. He therefore suggested that we put an aerial on a different part of the house so we could get some tv reception. He was not satisfied with his 1st effort and explained that it would cost more but he wanted to raise the aerial higher. He did not leave until he was satisfied that we had a good picture.

Terrible! Have been trying to book for a CCTV repair and 4 times they have not shown up for the scheduled appointment. Try another company that respects your time and wants your business.

The cost of a couple of parts was way over. I sourced the parts on line and they came to £74 but I was charged £180! The engineer also left all his "rubbish", empty parts boxes and packaging in the loft. The new amp/distributer was held in place with insulation tape!!

Very good at his job very fast and pleasant

Requested help with aerial on Thursday, they came back same day & booked engineer check £79+ vat for Friday. Engineer rang 20 mins beforehand & said he was on the way. On arrival explained what problem was (no signal). He went into loft & cut off amplifier after discussing with me (old & not required for the 1 tv connected to aerial I had) and reconnected 2 parts of the aerial lead. Also confirmed which transmitter the aerial was pointing to & reprogrammed tv for me. Only charged the £79+ vat. Excellent service & had a good discussion about tv & reception etc. Top service!
